More of the fact that his sigs have no flow with Scythe itself, It's not that it makes him bad, more just weird and complex for reads, and the fact that he has no kill combos or reads that cover a large amount of Dodges makes him "bad". And his stats are pretty eh, with his stances taking away from his necessary. As a Jiro main, I play him because he's fun and I like this weird way his sigs work, Sword dsig is lowkey S tier if you are confident in hitting it. Jiro is prolly just not beginner friendly, since most legends have sigs that are usable after slight or nlight, Jiro doesn't have that. It's more of a dodge read than a "kill confirm". Also, if you do a slight then cd forward to get an Out dodge read with nsig, it works with everyone except Jiro. It's more like Jiro has to work a lot more than other scythe legends to get basically the same reward.
