It is stupid racism. There are black Mexicans, brown Mexicans, & white Mexicans. It's a nation just like any other nation, not a race of people. It's the USA media's fault. For always portraying Mexicans as the stereotypical illegal aliens
It makes me sad that people are not accepting of her. I’m Mexican and Puerto Rican descent, and literally teared up hearing her sing. She has a new fan in me. I had never heard of her before RUclips suggested your video. I definitely don’t believe she is culturally appropriating any. She is a beautiful AfroLatina. Blessings to you both!
My mom does not believe in carrying the "adoptive" label. The minute a family welcomes you in, you become a part of that family. The mexican culture is the only culture she knows. That is her culture.
Exactly my dear. Mexican is her culture. I mean she was raised by Mexican parents, she spent a part of her life in Mexico and she speaks Spanish. I would say she is just as Mexican as most Mexicans I see. Vicente Fernandez is my favorite Mexican singer.
Shes bad ass i love her, skin color dont matter what do people expect when she was raised by mexicans, they should be happy for her that she raised by a loving family thts all tht matters.
Bless her parents. Such a good heart to take on such a beautiful task of raising this wonderful person. I wish all the best for this young woman and don't mind these ignorant people. You have nothing to be shamed of and celebrate the blessings.
The actress who played Teresa and in several Mexican telenovela films is called Angelique Boyer and she is 100% French but grew up in Mexico yet no one comes to tell her anything but Sarah Morena who was adopted by Mexicans did not the right to sing mexican type songs wtf
The mother of Angelique is Mexican born in Mexico City, this is why Angelique had a very easy access of a DUAL citizenship because you are AUTOMATICALLY MEXICAN if one or two of your parents are Mexican. It is under the Mexican constitution. So get your facts straight and stop making up shit.
Half of the top Mexican novella actors/actresses are not actually from Latin countries. If you are white looking its a bonus in the Mexican entertainment industry just like pretty much everywhere. I'm always watching at least one novella and I often look up the background of the actors.
The sad part is...it's not her fault that she was adopted! She can't help how she identifies herself! Leave this young lady alone...she's not misappropriating anything! She's beautiful and talented so, people need to stop hating on her!
What a beautiful family. Amen to beautiful stories like this. It is such a shame people are so cruel and mean. Thank God for all of the angels in this womans life including her parents.
I think this is such a beautiful story. I’m mixed black and Mexican so I know the back lash she goes through, she probably has it worse. It just comes to show how much we all need to get our priorities straight and just see each other as people acknowledge and embrace our differences. I know it’s not easy but it’s something that needs to start happening.
It is her culture! PERIOD. Let them keep talking 'cause that's all they're gonna do. That's right mija, keep glowing and singing with your beautiful voice. Coming from a Yaqui/Purepecha Chicana.
Not only is she beautiful, but super talented. Her family is amazing for taking her in no questions asked. That is true unconditional love and I just hope that people will see it as such. She is happy, she is loved. At the end of the day this is what matters.
Theres a white girl on youtube who wasnt raised by Mexican parents but her parents moved her to mexico when she was younger.and she was raised there all the way up.to i think middle school and on her channel i see nothing but positive comments she even married a mexican man but i didnt see mexicans bashing her smh
@MyTribe T.V All Out Attack bro what they speak spanish and that is from spain in Europe lol they are mainly from aztec descent and even to this day the 2 spoken language in Mexico is an aztec language lol
@@nooneknows9234 I know exactly who you're talking about. It's true, she gets tons of positive comments and wasn't even raised culturally Mexican like Sarah.
@MyTribe T.V All Out Attack bro most mexicans have features of a native just because they speak spanish doesnt mean they are more european descent...with that being said there are mexicans with european descent but not all mexicans...i did my research maybe you should do yours.. and as i said before mexico 2nd highest language is an aztec language not a european one
Not really a fan of the genre lol, but her voice is undeniably beautiful and so is her personality. People are envious of her. That's the only reason she is really getting hate. If she has Mexican citizenship, then she is *legally* a Mexican on paper, anyhow! It's so hard for folk to mind their own damned business... sheesh!
You can see in her personality she was raised in a loving family. That's all that matters . She is a beautiful person inside and out. Her family did a great job and they should be proud.
If she was raised her whole life by her Mexican parents, and if a good part of her childhood she was living IN Mexico then she can't appropriate her own culture. And even if she was just African-American and raised by African-Americans I still wouldn't see a problem with this; she's clearly doing it out of love.
I agree with Sarah. I love this woman . Keep doing what you do you can't make every one happy it will always be some haters they don't have to listen. Just let us who do enjoy her listen
I think the reason why Black and Brown is sometimes divided is , because of the way American politics divides people through competition of resources. It is sad, but people somehow feel if they can just get ahead of the other person they will win. Fighting, hate , and division never wins!
Sometimes divided? We always been divided. It has nothing to do with American politics. Latinos are racist agaisnt black people and I've been called a stupid fucking miyata and I'm mixed the fuck?
Right some ppl think cause your negra or Moreno that you can’t be Mexican or Spanish and not black they wanna say oh your black cause your dark i get ppl trying to tell me what I am like they know me and then you have light skinned Mexican that also have black blood in them but because their light they can’t identify with being black i don’t understand ppl sometimes

I’m a Puerto Rican born and raised in Chicago, and I L❤️VE and have a passion for MEXICAN music! Both my parents are Puerto Rican. My mother a white Puerto Rican and my father an AFRO RICAN... as he calls himself. I was told I began singing before I turned 2 and my repertoire consisted of Yolanda Del Rio’s and Manoella Torres’ songs. La Hija de nadie and El gorrión y yo were my favorite songs to sing... Everywhere I went, I was “La Hija De Nadie” Songs like that My Made my HEART Sing! A Puerto Rican lil girl singing REAL MEXICAN MUSIC was a SHOCKER! I sang, mariachi, corridos, cumbias, YOU NAME IT... de todo un poco!
My stepfather aka my DAD is Mexican and I am very proud of my Mexican family and I would never be ashamed to let people know how much I love the rancheras and Mexicana music 🎶 also the culture and i will always have respect and love for the culture I am proud to have been blessed to learn another culture being mixed already I feel for her and her music and voice is so pure I am so happy she is proud to share her music and what she has learned from her family with us! ❤️❤️😘✨
I think she is very talented. I love her voice. My grandmother was a dark skinned mexican and she lived bar life as a black woman due to back in the day it being her father was from el salvador , he was deported and her identity became a secret for our family. My grandmother listened to Julio iglesias and a host of other music as such , I always wondered why she loved these artist .. then one day close to her passing se told me that her name's were false (as I heard they were false from whispers in the family but I just thought they were trying to be funny) and that her real name was something totally different , her and my grandpa were looking at me all weird but smiling so he spoke her name and it literally sounded like an incantation lol..I screamed ! Wait a min grandma say that again she did and I stood there in amazement because it all made sense now. How we were lighter than the rest of the family and we're outcast from the rest of the family who were black and native american . I said say that again grandma and that's when the reality of what she had been through hit me like anyone of bricks .she told me she wouldn't speak her name ever again and them told me how they were going to deport her and her siblings out of america due to the cries her dad committed. It gives me chills typing it because she was told never to mention her nationality or speak her native language again . There is a huge gap in between mexican and black people because there is racism in the latina community against dark skinned latinas .. they don't and won't claim them or they are kept separate and mot.praised as they praise the white skinned mexicans. Any way .... I haven't met any of my grandfather her father's family..and i passed what I knew down to my children so our heritage would not die..this saddens me because the blood speaks. All of the children from my grandmother kids look mixed and they don't know why. I know why..I literally tried to tell one and was laughed at ... So when I hear this woman sing I wish her all the best because I can only imagine what she encounters being black and raised by mexican parents. God bless them they excepted her and she wasn't even blood taught her the culture when others won't even teach the culture to their own blood. Her voice is beautiful and she should keep singing..I love it and it should unite us as she is trying to do but sadly it won't .... That's how huge of a problem this is in both our communities .. god bless her and her parents.
To some Im not black enough cause I’m light then I’m not Mexican enough cause I don’t have their hair it’s course but also curly as hell it’s a bitch when your multiracial some except you cause your different and some don’t cause your different

Remember there’s also Black Mexicans in Mexico too.... she is no exception y’all... My Mexicans /Chicanos check y’all selves, this Sister has my full support.....
@Keith Jackson of course all Latino countries have a black population. Some more than others. As a matter of fact, every nation in the western hemisphere has a black population. People have to realize around 15 percent of the Africans across the Atlantic slave trade, were brought to America while the rest of the 85 percent of the Africans were brought to Latin America and the Caribbean. At least 30 percent of them were brought to Brazil by the Portuguese.

As being a African American myself. I think it’s great what she’s doing. She’s singing the kind of music that’s in her heart. To the parents that raised her you’ve done a wonderful job raising this beautiful young lady. Remember this if you don’t remember anything else. People are going to always hate you for some reason or another whether it be me or you. Keep doing your thing and hope to see or hear you one day on the big screen or playing on the radio. 👍🏼💯
There are Black people who are from many Latin cultures. People who are ignorant and refuse to research different peoples cultures are not worth worrying about.
I’m African American of Latin decent 🇩🇴 and this is showing and opening doors for a lot of black people or black people of Latin decent bc it’s not just white and lightskin Hispanics and Latinos and I hate how only Black Latina we ever see is Queen Amara La Negra
She is getting recognition because of her skin color, her singing is really nothing special, if the was any other non black latina she would not be getting the same recognition

It is stupid racism. There are black Mexicans, brown Mexicans, & white Mexicans. It's a nation just like any other nation, not a race of people. It's the USA media's fault. For always portraying Mexicans as the stereotypical illegal aliens
Music has no color just the soul of one's heart.
God damn right!
Exactly 👍👏
Amen💯💯💯💯💯💯💯
I love that love it love it love it well spoken
Tell that to the people that say certain races can't do anyhting.
The Divine doesn’t make no mistakes, she’s a star ⭐️ I pray for her successful career
I’ve met and seen many black Mexican ladies. Some of the most beautiful women on earth😎
Tout a fait !!!
I agree with your mom 100%
Agree
Beautifully written and hats off to your mother❤
Shes bad ass i love her, skin color dont matter what do people expect when she was raised by mexicans, they should be happy for her that she raised by a loving family thts all tht matters.
Amen
God bless her parents for taking her in and giving her a home that is full of love and dignity 🙏🏼♥️
Bless her parents. Such a good heart to take on such a beautiful task of raising this wonderful person. I wish all the best for this young woman and don't mind these ignorant people. You have nothing to be shamed of and celebrate the blessings.
They are just jealous its her culture. And there are black mexicans and Latinos. So what are they talking about. Let her live her best life !!
They are just mad because she can sing and she speaks Spanish.
Amara La Negra is one who is also talented
@MyTribe T.V All Out Attack no one cares about your smart mouth remark. Un beleliva
She's not even from Mexico.. she's from the US.
@@lifeisbeautiful9455 don’t act like u ppl be dressing like us black Americans here and use aave and use our music
The actress who played Teresa and in several Mexican telenovela films is called Angelique Boyer and she is 100% French but grew up in Mexico yet no one comes to tell her anything but Sarah Morena who was adopted by Mexicans did not the right to sing mexican type songs wtf
Double standard
The mother of Angelique is Mexican born in Mexico City, this is why Angelique had a very easy access of a DUAL citizenship because you are AUTOMATICALLY MEXICAN if one or two of your parents are Mexican. It is under the Mexican constitution. So get your facts straight and stop making up shit.
@George Velasquez So are African Americans, which is why she got a few haters in which they were all hispanic AMERICANS, none which were even Mexican.
She is black why is that so hard to accept that people are still racist?
Are we all gonna just ignore the fact, that she is drop dead gorgeous 🙏🔥😍
Makes no sense . Tio Choko is killing it. Shes beautiful.
Omg can they please make a video!!!!! Why did you even say this. Now im imaging his hip thrust while she belts out those notes. Lol
@@aja1108 not the hip thrust! 😂🥂👍
For real, I recently find out he's Honduran. So cool as I'm Honduran too. 😂
Not only is she beautiful, but super talented. Her family is amazing for taking her in no questions asked. That is true unconditional love and I just hope that people will see it as such. She is happy, she is loved. At the end of the day this is what matters.
Love her singing, her story, and the family who lovingly raised her. Keep singing and living a beautiful life.
MEXICANS LOVE SARAH,AND I HOPE SHE WONT LISTEN TO NEGATIVE COMMENTS
Theres a white girl on youtube who wasnt raised by Mexican parents but her parents moved her to mexico when she was younger.and she was raised there all the way up.to i think middle school and on her channel i see nothing but positive comments she even married a mexican man but i didnt see mexicans bashing her smh
m.ruclips.net/video/swnOlUVXytY/видео.html
It's so hard for folk to mind their own damned business... sheesh!
If she is a Mexican citizen she is in fact Mexican. What's wrong with people. What wonderful loving parents she had.
She was meant for greatness that’s why God blessed her.
Finally a fellow black girl who loves ranchera music 😭💕💕❤️
Her smile, teeth and skin is beautiful.
Hopefully other ignorant races see this trying to culture appropriate everything if you love it respect it than I don’t think it’s a problem
@@robertoaguilar9675 Cultural appropriation is still definitely a problem but in this case, she is Mexican so it has no place here
Agree
I guess they just all forgot about six9...
Amen😘🙏🏽😘
I see a talented lady with an amazing voice who is not afraid to stand out from the crowd. Good for her! 😊
I agree with you totally division never does win, as a matter of fact all it does is just divide more and it's terrible.
Sometimes divided? We always been divided. It has nothing to do with American politics. Latinos are racist agaisnt black people and I've been called a stupid fucking miyata and I'm mixed the fuck?
@@mslita09 Unfortunately, racism is everywhere just like Covid-19 is everywhere. It starts with how we decide to deal with it.
Brown and Black is BEAUTIFUL ❤️
It’s called divid and conquer!
When a child is raised in a culture that is said child's culture.People are so ignorant
People these days are ignorant. This why I embrace my Latin roots proudly, no matter who doesn’t like it.

Everywhere I went, I was “La Hija De Nadie” Songs like that My
Made my HEART Sing!
I bet she told you that she was an Israelite.
Those colonizer knew what they were doing, to dilute and to separate the people.
Stay strong my sister!
Your poor grandma 🥺 RIP.
To some Im not black enough cause I’m light then I’m not Mexican enough cause I don’t have their hair it’s course but also curly as hell it’s a bitch when your multiracial some except you cause your different and some don’t cause your different

Yep afro Mexicans do exist. I heard there are many of them in some region called Costa Chica in southern Mexico.
@Keith Jackson yeah I heard about that.
She was raised Mexican so be great. She is gorgeous

what are you talking about? I said appreciate not appropriate. look up the word appreciation.
There are Black people who are from many Latin cultures. People who are ignorant and refuse to research different peoples cultures are not worth worrying about.
Antoinette, society has been brain washed into believing that every thing is " White."
Yeah. Black Mexicans "officially" make up up 1.5% of the Mexican population so...
I’m African American of Latin decent 🇩🇴 and this is showing and opening doors for a lot of black people or black people of Latin decent bc it’s not just white and lightskin Hispanics and Latinos and I hate how only Black Latina we ever see is Queen Amara La Negra
