    I have had trouble sleeping since I was about 12 or 13.
    The longest I stayed up while manic was 3 days.

      I can control my sleep routine to a point but I have never gotten it completely under control. I do much better than I used to but it still is not ideal.

      I haven’t lost too much yet but at the end of year I think the results will be much more visible.

      @@tyleradolfo7213 The best results are when one loses weight gradually but constantly - it's healthy & the kilos don't come back; I've lost a fair bit that way & I feel so much better
