"3 of the worst businesses you can start *today*". Congrats that you've made it but you should pay attention to details. If you'd do the same today, from scratch, in modern times, you might have had a different experience along the way 😉
Very hard to do that now, unless you open a curry shop. Nowadays, punters feel happy and safe going to chain eateries and coffee shops - they feel secure because they are familiar with the brand. Even if the food/coffee is shite, they still flock to them 🙄
@CapturedbyBongo The greater the risk, the greater the reward. To succeed, you must fail and struggle but must always persist. My 28 years had periods of great difficulty, hopelessness, crazy and difficult partners ECT. Also had to deal with Covid. That was a bit stressful. But you have to keep chugging on.

It's not taxed too much, if you can't make a profit it's likely because you're simply being beat at the market and trying to blame someone for you failing.
@HeydenHarvey I disagree it's is taxed too much. Food businesses have to work long hours. They have more expenses . Buy supplies cook then sell each step is taxed gst too. A physio can open up a shop don't have to pay shit all supplies or electricity and taxed the same so they get much more profits and can have days off
@Ben-tl5wm EVERY BUSINESS is taxed at every step, it's so much easier to make a restaurant in the U.S. because the U.S. is already pro business but you don't even have to pay most of your employees in a restaurant essentially. But yeah keep blaming everything else for restaurants failing, it couldn't be you just failed right? It HAS to be someone else's fault.
Clothing brands are absolutely still and always will be a viable option. You just need to make designs people want. Most ‘clothing brands’ are drop shipping trash
Where I come from, they say people need these 3 things at minimum to live : To eat and drink, to be clothed, and to have a shelter. I personally think food & beverages, clothing and housing will always be a good starting business. Run them well, then evolve to something else or something higher. All in all honestly speaking, not everyone are meant to be a businessman. We need people like teachers, doctors, and engineers too.
@BB-tu2bq Personally, I have stock in Western Union (dividend in the 8-9% range), Altria (7-8%), and some others in the 3 to 6% range. With a dividend stock, the longer you hold, the more you make.
@@BB-tu2bqHe'll tell you in two years the ones you should be buying now. Dividend stocks usually pay higher dividends because they are not investing for market share growth. Even then, the high dividend payers change over time.

Most of the time I don't really like your videos because they are a bit of common sense to me, but this may also be, but some people really need to hear this. Everyone wants to start their clothing brands nowadays

Ive been doin stocks for a few years now and looked into the daytrading and also saw that there so many scammers and i did my own study and have 5x my initial investment in my first month. Now i just hope my luck doesnt run out
Nope, clothing business is absolutely insane: too much effort in producing very low quality, plastic and unnatural fibers based on fossil oil industry, which is doomed, too many people engaged with inhumanly low wages and bad working conditions in the entire line of production. Way too much "secondhand" clothing ends up as landfill or as waste in underdeveloped continents, such as LatAm or Africa.
It's time to open a clothing store that makes individual items and/or is a part clothing museum. The process takes 1-1.5 hours and while you attend, you get served coffee and pastry with no limit. Entry: 60£/person (25£/child, 35£/elderly, 25£/veterans) Clothes: Variable
I don't fully agree with the first one even if i don't have experience at all, because for example, it's only western clothing brands that are filled in the market, but for example eastern and oriental clothing brands aren't explored as much.
I agree this is a good advice But only in some countries If u want to start a business in another country research thier customs , traditions , needs and start a bussiness accordingly
Absolutely true...but i would say daytrading is a thing you could learn but its not something for everybody AND you have to learn it alone! All these people trying to sell you a course and telling you you could make 100k in a year instantly, just want your money!!!
You should title this “three pieces of the worst advice” My clothing brand is booming and I’ve only been in business for 18 months. Don’t ever put down someone’s dreams! Garbage video!
I never said you can’t be successful doing these, however the odds are stacked against you. I want people to have the best chance possible, congratulations on your success! MT
100% agree with Clothing brands. There are wayyyyy too many teens that think they can start a clothing brand because they know how to dress themselves moderately well. And I mean MODERATELY
The risk ratio on all 3 is very high. The people that succeed do so more often by chance, but also through perseverance. It takes years to get recognition and break even.
As an Italian, i'll have to say that the one of restaurants is probably the fastest growing activity in our country right now. In fact, more and more graduates struggle to find a job other than the ones in restaurants, thus leading to not only the quality of the food decreasing, but also its prices increasing.
@j0sh145 Idk, the discord I'm in as a pretty high accuracy rate, with 80% of investments giving you returns and 15% giving you adequate time to exit before you take a massive loss.

I agree, once you get the hang of it, it's easy
I tried and didn't fail in all of these, but the problem is, I had to break even or a bit more than even to be able to quit, and it costs time and a lot of stress. Absolutely great advice for new entrepreneurs or people who are interested in starting a business.
I have had an independent restaurant for 28 years. This restaurant has made me a millionaire businessman just like you.
First actually good advice about money i see on youtube
Thks, Keep up the good work 🖤💯📈
My wife, her mother and I founded, first, a childrens fashion lable. The local buyers who had not thought of such, told her there was no such market. I reminded her she and my sister ran fabulous Tupperware parties. That took off like a rocket.
My heart shattered everytime your crumpled the money love you tho
It's fake money dw he wouldn't waste money like that
It can still be used
Can you tell me what are the three buisnesses that would actually work ?
People still do eat out where I am from. Especially when I’m on a date with someone I still see people going out to restaurants.
Airline business too. Best is real estate and renting out somewhere warm on the beach
How about Print on Demand? Do u consider it as an Clothing Brand or say PoD is an option still??
if you're smart go for stock market
"If you give me 2 minutes, I'm gonna explain how Dave here managed to quit his job scraping gum from pavement slabs for $8 an hour and over just 3 weeks managed to build a dropshipping store with upwards of $600,000 in daily net profit"
- Every Huster Scammer Ever
True, i tried all of these and failed all of them 😅
Never buy food businesses most countries tax too much for food businesses and rents too high in Australia wages too high too
Here in Ingoland people have started to throw cheap cuts of meat at passing fork lift truck drivers...Why?
I was in the army for 23 years before I realised it was the Royal Navy.
Am I stupid?
Yes.
A physio can open up a shop don't have to pay shit all supplies or electricity and taxed the same so they get much more profits and can have days off
@@Ben-tl5wm Yes, and that's why they can afford to throw cheap cut's of meat at passing fork lift trucks and wear Polly Darton wigs.
Thank you kindly, right now I'm in a stage in my life where I'm looking to start a business but still learning things.
Don’t listen to this clown.
That basically depends on the market you are thinking of targeting. There's ample demand for clothing brands & restaurants in developing countries.
3 of the best business please, i want to learn more❤
Where I come from, they say people need these 3 things at minimum to live :
To eat and drink, to be clothed, and to have a shelter.
I personally think food & beverages, clothing and housing will always be a good starting business.
Run them well, then evolve to something else or something higher.
All in all honestly speaking, not everyone are meant to be a businessman.
We need people like teachers, doctors, and engineers too.
If you want to invest, buy high-yield dividend stocks
Like which one?
@BB-tu2bq Personally, I have stock in Western Union (dividend in the 8-9% range), Altria (7-8%), and some others in the 3 to 6% range. With a dividend stock, the longer you hold, the more you make.
@@BB-tu2bqHe'll tell you in two years the ones you should be buying now.
Dividend stocks usually pay higher dividends because they are not investing for market share growth. Even then, the high dividend payers change over time.
if youre rlly passionate about one of the 3 businesses, chances are it might take off. Dont listen to anyone thats telling u otherwise, be a blend of ambitious and realistic
I don’t agree with the clothing brand one a lot of clothing are not becoming common anymore and people want new clothes?
Mark is among the few people I'm yet to meet, but I give great comsideration to their advice. Congrats on the job well done❤🎉
Most of the time I don't really like your videos because they are a bit of common sense to me, but this may also be, but some people really need to hear this. Everyone wants to start their clothing brands nowadays
This is common sense to everyone. You’re not smart
@skeetskeetmcgee8665 still a lot of niggas are trying to sell their own clothes on the internet nigga, which all look the same and when they don't get sails they be posting on their story's and shiiiii. I'm not telling I'm smart I'm saying those niggas are stupid as fuck
Ive been doin stocks for a few years now and looked into the daytrading and also saw that there so many scammers and i did my own study and have 5x my initial investment in my first month. Now i just hope my luck doesnt run out
how about Film and Animation Business?
“Fewer people eating out these days” Murka will show you differently my buddy ol pal 🤣
I can help you out
Isnt clothing brand one of the best buisnesses because pepole always want more? I mean pepole say "Didnt you wear that outfit last month?"
@mbm8690 wdym. Pepole made good cloethes before they can make good cloethes now. I dont have to produce plastic products
The 3rd is so valuable y’know
The last one is really true, most of the people became scammers.
Last one is personal 😂
Dropshipping selling kitchen equipment and appliances. Is that good? Well for now yes, maybe not for the long term
It's time to open a clothing store that makes individual items and/or is a part clothing museum.
The process takes 1-1.5 hours and while you attend, you get served coffee and pastry with no limit.
Entry: 60£/person (25£/child, 35£/elderly, 25£/veterans)
Clothes: Variable
People are literally eating out everyday that's not accurate
4. Car Company, the profit margins are crazy small. Especially for budget car companies
I don't fully agree with the first one even if i don't have experience at all, because for example, it's only western clothing brands that are filled in the market, but for example eastern and oriental clothing brands aren't explored as much.
Best advice i have gotten today ❤❤❤
A cafe with an addicting substance works but it's wrong.
Wdym? A cafe mixed with a crack shack?
Lol,you don't need to mix addicting substances to make good coffees
The fellow speaks the truth invest long term always come on top😊
What about homemade candles? 😂
Bath bombs maybe?
Anyone thinking about candles should already know it’s a very saturated market. 😂
I agree this is a good advice
But only in some countries
If u want to start a business in another country research thier customs , traditions , needs and start a bussiness accordingly
Learn to spell too
I thought it was sarcasm but now my dreams are crushed😢
This is true... I helped a friend in clothing brand... doesnt work out much
Can i have the money you threw at the floor please
😂😂😂
Absolutely true...but i would say daytrading is a thing you could learn but its not something for everybody AND you have to learn it alone! All these people trying to sell you a course and telling you you could make 100k in a year instantly, just want your money!!!
You should title this “three pieces of the worst advice”
My clothing brand is booming and I’ve only been in business for 18 months.
Its so true! I can relate that and start on street foods!
Thx Mark for always giving us good advice
I lowkey have to sort of disagree with the third one because even though most can be scams, if you find a good community you can make serious money
Over the long term, the ratio between time, energy and effort spent to returns, long term investing prevails.
@j0sh145
Idk, the discord I'm in as a pretty high accuracy rate, with 80% of investments giving you returns and 15% giving you adequate time to exit before you take a massive loss.
