Yamaha also has a restrictor built into the clutch/rear brake handle. Did it on the 350 warrior and grizzly 600 that I know of. If it ever breaks it'll idle fine but you'll spit and sputter like a rev limiter until you fix or bypass it.
Hi there I'm having a weird issue with my 2007 yamaha grizzly 700 its been in the shop they changed the neautral switch but its even worse now, I'll be driving along and it will just cut out but not die but I'll be lunged forward like the brakes where put on it cuts out, and the high indicator will be one like normal but also the reverse light will light up too. its getting worse I don't understand it and the yamaha shop can't fix it

Did you get it figured out?
Have you checked the rollover sensor for issues?
