The F/V Kawaiola has just returned to Honolulu with a record load of Hawaiian ahi and as soon as the boat hits the dock, the process of getting the fresh tuna to our customers begins. As captain Sam and crew offload each fish into refrigerated trucks, the rest of the Hawaiian Fresh Seafood team is already processing and sending product to our chefs and restaurants.
