- 3 cup cake flour
3 cup sugar
3 stick butter salted
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon Salt
6 eggs
1 cup french vanilla coffee creamer
1 French vanilla yogurt 6 oz
Glaze
1 cup powder sugar
2 tablespoon coffee creamer
1 tablespoon butter melted
bake on 350 for 1 hour and 10 minutes

I knew that creamer could be used for SOME thing with baking! I bought Badia vanilla extract and it's nothing but alcohol. I bought McCormick paste vanilla paste in a tube and the flavor is over the top. McCormick couldn't be found so Watson Vanilla bean paste was what I bought. Expensive, very good but McCormick vanilla bean paste is the winner!
Rain! Lower temps! Today, Sunday, is cooler but yesterday even during the monsoon and lightening, it was hot - humidity!

Oh my gosh, I made this today for my son’s birthday and it was fantastic!!! He doesn’t like nuts so I left the nuts out and it was heavenly as just the French Vanilla pound cake. This was to die for. Keep making those awesome cake videos Chef Charles!!!❤
Yes, I always add coffee creamer to my cakes. ( French Vanilla, Caramel, Strawberry, and Vanilla Bean)
