i lived and worked as a biologist at inverness and its environs, grey seals follow the salmon from the firth upto the loch, Britains shortest but fastest river ness, they are very big seals, the males weighting in at 400 kgs and as big as a shire horse, these seals porpose one behind the other, the lead seal doing all the work as the others take it easy behind, thats what people see as the seals make their way to drumnerdroket in the middle of the loch then up past the castle. to be a real party pooper i met the expert on the loch and he said theres not enough primary biomass to support any large animal, sprats at best and its very cold
Ripples from a boat that has passed earlier. You can still see the V in the water nearer the other side. Those ripples will keep forming and keep travelling till the hit the edge of the loch. Any boat passing on a loch, a river, or along a beach, will create multiple ripples which will eventually stop once they hit the shore. Wouldn’t be the tourist season again ?
When I see a video of a monster turning in the water I could be impressed. Probably not though. Bodies of water have been tricking humanity for a very long time. Makes for fun videos sometimes though👍
