I feel comforted just knowing that someone else shares the same feelings. So thank you for sharing a little bit there! Also I appreciate you keeping in the bit about screen time affecting you physically. I often get headaches working on screens all day or doing work that involves a lot of focus all day. My eyes get sore and my head is pounding and it takes quite a while to recover. I feel like no one talks about this 😅 I can’t play games on anything larger than a laptop monitor because I experience cyber sickness so I feel left out of the cozy gaming community sometimes. That’s where my other hobbies (crochet, journaling, music, reading, dance) come in and I love that you showcase hobbies that are offline too. It’s so validating to hear that even the queen of cozy games and hobbies still struggles to let herself to rest. I’m sorry you’re struggling with that but I hope you do heal and let yourself rest when you need it! I struggle very similarly. I always feel like if I’m not doing something to be productive even if it’s something like a cozy hobby I feel bad.
