Day begins with politely greeting seniors by lowering your head at a particular angle as we stay in the same hostels and if we missed them by chance then they scolds every time(nobody ignores intentionaly) 2. While standing in the queue, seniors will come and stand in between where their friends have already kept their places. However, when we do so, all blame comes to the DOPM junior batch when other departments complain. 3. While taking food, your head should be lowered if any senior in the kitchen committee is serving food, repeating the morning gesture. 4. You can't sit anywhere in the mess; you have to sit at a particular table assigned by seniors. If you sit at another table while other department students are sitting there, you will face repercussions. Most importantly, don't dare to talk with any other department students. If found doing so, they will call a meeting and humiliate you. 5. In college, the same things apply. If you miss any lecture, you have to report it to your class representative (CR) and seniors beforehand. If you are absent without intimation, you have to submit proof of your health issue or any other reason to the seniors. 6. If you want to go out of campus, you have to take permission from seniors even if you have already obtained it from faculty and the college. You can't go to the admin office without taking permission from the CR and seniors. 7. There are sessions for your overall development arranged at any time. You have to attend at any cost with proper dress code, ensuring everything is perfect from the knot of your tie to your polished shoes. If anything is in disorder, you are banned from the next three sessions. You must also arrive 15 minutes early. 8. In sessions (conducted in the auditorium), they teach a few things, but most of the time you are humiliated, and time is wasted on unnecessary things. If you ask something or have any doubts outside the session, they will mock you in front of the entire class. This continued for the three months I was there. Sessions can be conducted at any time-morning, afternoon, evening, or even late at night. During sessions, all smartphones are switched off and collected by our CRs. 9. You have to know each senior's full name, the state they belong to, the company where they completed their internship, and which committee they are part of. They can call your name in a session in the auditorium and ask you this. You must also know the names of all your classmates along with their places of origin and save the names of each person in your class as well as seniors. They can check this at any time. They give you tasks, and all tasks are opened in front of everyone in the auditorium and mocked. Sessions are scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays from morning 10-11 AM to 10-11 PM. 10. PhD students also come to classes at any time and start doing the same thing. We have to listen to them because, in NIPER, all placement-related activities are handled by them, so our future is in their hands. I thought this would end once we completed our course, but when super seniors came for their convocation, they also arranged a session for us and directly said that they could make or ruin our future even after our placement, thanks to their alumni network. One senior even said he could slap me if he wanted to. 11. After enduring all this and more for three months, I left the college. Why didn't I complain? Every faculty member knows these things have been going on for years. I had no evidence or proof. Would my own batch have supported me? Complaining would have made things worse; I would have been isolated by my own class. 12. There is no WiFi in NIPER Mohali. We were asked to sign papers that we were getting single-sharing rooms, but after one month, we were transferred to double or triple sharing. Bathrooms and toilets are also not cleaned, which contradicts the claim of being the best pharma institute in India. 13. I completed my graduation from one of the top pharmacy colleges, so I know how to respect seniors, maintain confidentiality, uphold decorum, and follow protocols. Seniors and mentors are as important as the subjects and college, but when lines are crossed, things don’t work out. The best way is to come out of it rather than deteriorating your physical and mental health.

Online Pharmaceutical MBA is not available right now. You have to do on campus MBA and then jobs chances are great.
