I am doing exclusively FBM. Monthly sales are around $15-18K.
I am also eligible for second day and prime.
How long was the wait to be eligible for 2nd day and prime?

What do you do when a lot of FBA sellers start to come to your listings and start stealing buybox from you?
You simply leave those products?

The pick & pack fees don't always make sense. Sometimes a lighter item will have a higher pick & pack fee than a heavier one, sometimes Amazon fees cost more than the price of the item which I don't understand, I realize Amazon is doing this I guess as a courtesy to 3rd party sellers but it seems like there is no Rhyme or Reason to the pick & pack fees. I still don't understand how the fees can be more than the price of the item 🤷🏻♂️
For my more collectible expensive items I am doing strictly fbm
I want to start selling in EU market. I can since recently. I can open a sellers account in Netherlands, but they dont have warehouses, so if I want to use FBA i need to use German AMZ warehouse. But then I need to have tax number also in germany. Or should I use fulfilment center in Netherlands and then work as FBM? You thoughtS?
I have a query. If I me to a listing in which only FBM sellers are available and buy box rotating among them, me being a new fba seller with no ratings/review will achieve buy box? I can compete pricing wise with the FBM sellers up to some extent!
I just like the less hassle from FBA, I'd rather loose a bit of cash to not have to worry about customer service or shipping individual products.

i am wrong correct even though i did the 40.00 a month plan i dont automatically get prime shipping under fba?? i only get fba spot? can someone clarify this ive watched alot of videos and im so confused.
is prime what the customer pays for that product if they are in that subscription or is it what fba sellers can use?

Yeah they can but 99.9% of the time just gonna waste money for anything but private label and some wholesale exclusivity deals

I was doing good but today i got dinged with inventory stock i have 3000 items and im only aloud 1000 and i can no longer send any shipments…. Should i add FBM inventory?
Ah yeah, as you sell more they'll unlock more storage space for you. FBM for now while your STR goes up high enough to boost your limits

Sorry for the dumb question, but once you get an FBM order, how do you proceed from there?
Like you put book in a box and buy UPS shipping and then drop off your packages DAILY to UPS?
Even if it's 2 or 3 orders?

I still don't understand how fba shipping time is better than fbm? Most people who is shipping the order by themselves should do same day or next day shipping.
Usually you would ship the cheapest method....
