- This is how I make a London Broil from start to finish, guaranteed to be SUPER TENDER and flavorful!
London Broil is a name butchers use for flank steak, top round, and sometimes top sirloin. I believe the best London Broil is made from Top Round. The way I prepare it, it is so tender that it almost melts in your mouth and it tastes like a steakhouse quality steak.

I love your southern accent, it's so comforting. Even though I'm a city kid, both of my parents are from Alabama.
I can’t wait to make my London broil caught a great sale at Winn Dixie.
Looks good 😊
I like the recipe.

What's your experience been in using the oven broiler to cook the London Broil, instead of pan frying it?
this is actually my preferred method! it's really good.
DAMN! I forgot to take it out of the package...
Don't you have to rinse it off first
I’ve read meats catch more bacteria by washing. It’s safer not to rinse.
I personally don’t rinse my beef.
So far so good lol.
Would love to know what others do. 🙏🏻
@@jesicapelayo I cold rinse chicken but that's about it.
The only meats I rice are pork and chicken.
Rinsing meats spreads bacteria around your kitchen. The heat from cooking it kills bacteria.
@@jesicapelayorinsing meat creates a ton of bacteria in your sink that would otherwise not be there. the germs are getting killed by the heat regardless, but now you have a filthy contaminated sink to clean on top of the other stuff
you said the pan was smoking hot, but it couldn't have been as the butter would have melted in a second
This is the video where both my large oven burners died. I am in the midst of a kitchen remodel with a different stove & I am looking forward to cooking on a better stove than this.
Um that's all muscle there is NO TENDONS in the muscles
But i like my steak "grizzly".
