Nothing is free, someone is going to pay for it. And it usually ends up being the taxpayer when we have to bail out companies. No one is forcing you to work for Walmar, and if you do you should follow their rules. If you believe you don't make enough or your company doesn't care about you stop complaining and build your own company.

Hard work like a hard hat trade, pays off... Although it's got its downsides of working long hours all week long, but for $30-$100 an hour that is worth it to me personally.
