Abcess is a pus collection underneath the skin.
It needs to be drained if it does not heal with antibiotics.

1. I would like to request you to explain how to prevent perianal abscess. Since I got thrice in last two years.
2. What if abscess breaks at home and we missed to collect puss/blood for lab test.
3. Any food and lifestyle habits to prevent and completely stop from coming back.
4. Any effective ointment or tablets for the raw wound to get healed.

Abscess once healed will not occur if proper hygiene is maintained and constipation is avoided.
Recurrent abscess is a rarity normally.
Recurrent abscess maybe a fistula.

Recurrent abscess could indicate an underlying fistula.
Please rule that possibility out by doing an MRI Scan (MRI Fistulography).

எனக்கு anal fissure இருந்தது. Kshar Sutra முறையில் அதனை சரிசெய்தேன். இப்போது anal fissure குணமாகிவிட்டது. ஆனால் ஆசனவாய் வழியாக தற்போது சீழ் வடிகிறது. வலி ஏதும் இல்லை. சீழ் நிறைய வடியவில்லை. ஒரு நாளைக்கு மூன்று துளிகள் மட்டும் வழிகிறது. இது எதானல். தீர்வு கூறவும்.
