Burning of holi is actual holi whereas playing colors second day is celebration of victory of good over evil 🙄 In satyuga there was a demon called hiranyakashipu who just hated lord vishnu & also he was very cruel & violent but a miracle happened & his own son prahlad took birth as a vishnu bhakt (devotee of lord Vishnu) to kill his owm son the demon asked his sister holika to sit on fire alongwith prahlad 🙄 holika had a boon that fire 🔥 will not cause her any harm 🙄 until she is on path of dharma 🙄 so as told by her brother she sat on fire alongwith her nephew prahlad but again a miracle happened & holika met a severe death by burning & prahlad came out untouched by fire 🔥 from that day festival of holi started .. also kaamdev was reborn on the auspicious day of rang holi means second day of holi 🙄 so people also celebrates by playing colors 🙄 (kaamdev is actually god of love)
