15:00 you're not allowed to also rescue a card, as you only get ONE exposed benefit of an adjacent location, which would in this case be: take a face up card from the deck OR rescue a card, because those are two different benefits... (of course if you gather on tile 6 itself you would get both benefits!). Keep in mind that also with the "take one benefit from an adjacent location"-icon you also activate only ONE of the benefit-icons

At 11:18 shouldn't the Morphstone have gone to his active row? I think he should not have been able to play it there, unless I missed something.

yes, each character card has a specific animal companion. you do mix and match the human with their mech though.
the war is over, so everyone is freelance now (the rules mention this in the story section iirc)
@@rahdo I'm not 100% sure, I just looked at the rules, I think the war ended after the Rise of Fenris campaign. So that makes sense.
@@darren.mcauliffe yup this is definitely post Rise of Fenris. All the characters/companions are ones that appeared in the original Scythe + expansions though!
