Amen. Thank you so much Paul Baloche. Your songs have been inspirational to me. I have always been blessed listening to them. In 2007, "Your Name" was on my repeat playlist almost every day. Thank you for this talk now about writing songs. Lately I have been writing so many songs reading the Psalms of King David. Word based songs from our hearts are always backed up by the Holy Spirit. Thank you kind sir for this wonderful video, advice and tips you are sharing with other christians to write songs that will encourage or bless someone going through tests and trials or just to worship our King with. A few years ago when I searched who wrote the well known christian song that is sung in almost every church called "Above All" I came to find out it was you and I was like oh wow! What and inspiring song and what God must have thought when He inspired you to write that song. And at the end of the day it is all about worshiping the one and only true God and King of kings who is almighty that created all the beautiful things in life. I must say that is one of my most favorite songs that always comes on my heart to sing if not thee favorite...lol. May God continue to richly bless you and continue to inspire you to write more and more such beautiful songs. It truly is a great blessing! God richly bless you Paul!!!

Finally! A video that tells me where I should start in writing worship. I'm used to writing more ordinary songs with christian lyrics, but know I want my songs to be based in scripture and give glory to god. Since my Old songs wasn't based in scripture
