They playing with the name of the song, they made a song called "Devolution" from previous album (very heavy too you should check it out) but in the song they pronounced it as "De-evolution" instead. It's pretty cool stuff.

SO, not stollen art there. That video is a criticism to AI, is a very ironic use.
