    जय भवानी हम बचपन से सुवह सुवह खाली पेट पहले एक ग्लास पानी पीते हैं और दो लहसुन का जावा चबा चबा चबा कर खाते हैं और साथ में पानी पीते हैं और आज हम 75 साल के बिल्कुल स्वास्थ्य व्यक्ति हैं ।

    I am eating raw garlic from the past 2-3 years just for the sack of aftertaste 🤤, I'm overweight, but due to this habit and to my surprise my lipid profile and BP is near perfect without much a do. Garlic is love❤️

    Very good advice. I have been eating one to two cloves of garlic every morning empty stomach for the last more than two years. I feel considerably better despite my ripe old age related ailments. Hats off to Dr Zaidi for highlighting benefits of garlic in public domain.

Taki Mai thik ho jaun mera cholesterol bdha hua hai, aur Liver fatty tha jiska treatment nhi liya kbhi, toh woh 2nd stage mein chla gya.... Aur gall bladder mein 33mm stone hai....     Dr Zaidi, I take one spoon ful garlic juice mixed in warm water in morning. It is a miracle thing coz my triglycerides and LDL has been reduced drastically. Thanks for sharing.

    Sir plz correct me if i m wrong... Garlic as a whole with jaggery empty stomach works for acidity .. And garlic for cardiac health should be chopped or crushed well and kept in air for 15 min for the desired chemical entity to form after air contact to work garlic as a medicine in the body

    Ye regular karna hoga mai subah 2 garlice petals khali pet 1 glass pani pineke 20 mininuts baad leti hu aur yiska result yitna acha aaya ki tryglicrin 100 ke andar aaya aur hdl 80 tak aaya .

      चटनी ठीक है , 5_6 कली लहसुन, 2 पीस हरी मिर्च, अदरक का छोटा सा टुकड़ा और नमक स्वादानुसार, मिक्सी में डाल पीस लो और 2 रोटी पर रख खा लो सुबह सुबह। खाकर देखो अच्छा लगेगा
