Top Marques is going to be a terrible car show for the crazy police that stops lot of cars for nothing: 1000 euros ticket and 5 days without the car!!! Personally me and my friends will not come back the next year. Too much police and too much restrictions have killed the event. MONACO IS NOT MORE ABLE TO DO A CAR SHOW IN HIS VERY SMALL "CITY". But Monaco continues to do this show for money interest: no more cars passion. GOODBYE MONACO!!!!!

Idk 😐 I don’t live there and they are making more money then they do all year
chase revving or excessive noise were the main 2 things this year. This year they had absolutely zero tolerance for any reviving, pops/bangs or accelerations. There was a rs3 that was bone stock but because it crackles from factory they got a fine. Last year got a bit out of hand both with peoples driving and spotters just crowding cars and blocking the roads. A few photographers I know actually got fines for not standing on the pavement and being slightly in the road. I’m pretty sure it’s just because of all the complaints last year
Ryan yeah I saw effspot vids, they were impounding cars left and right last year , it looked like a car meet but the cops took the cars haha
Adam Muro last year the police were more relaxed still strict but unless you were blatantly doing something you shouldn’t it was a fine, warning and go. You do it again and your impounded. It only really applied to the super cars or higher end stuff to. This year people were getting fines in S3’s for something they can’t really help. This year was the first as well I’ve known spotters to get fines on the spot to with zero warnings

I can tell you from experience that they sometimes just stop every supercar/sportscar even if you haven’t done shit, there’s even checkpoints at the roads that lead into Monaco.
Then they tell you to behave and that making excessive noise is a big offense and they will charge you x amount of money For the first offense and so on.
Seems like the car reviving and stuff has just gotten out of hand, so they are anal about it.

The best thing i hawe done driving trugh Monaco. When i foloved the Ferrari 612 i saw police was prepering to go after him. Well i step on the gas to close the gap to Ferrari driver and after we entered the tunel i drove 40 km/h. Police officer was unable to do anithing about it. So the Ferrari drove off...
