You can still get drops. Im doing it now . Fastest way to do it solo is Collision on anamoly map set score to 25 and go cap it. It takes about a minute minus the loading in @ghosti79
I literally just did zone control, captured all three zones, and just waited for the timer to tick down. Gave me a legendary chess piece afterwards. I’m trying it again right now.
Works on any mode that doesn't require you to kill someone... So Zone Control, Control & Rift. Take a few rounds to get drops, its not consistent but it works 👍. And yes i had prosperity on ghost. Experimented for 3hrs on all 3 modes (1hr each) Control: 39 matches= 10 drops-> 1 core from destroying equipment. Zone control: 39 matches= 5 drops-> 0 core Spark: 45 matches= 9 drops-> 4 core

Plenty of enhancement cores glimmer is the problem......if like me you didnt start until witchqueen and not for years b4 we dont have all the materials that up until the final shape were basically useless. So im screwed on glimmer. Maybe there is something i completely missed to help. Let me know. This glitch took from 90-120 seconds for it to cycle while i did it days ago. The glimmer booster doesnt make a dif u always get 1,000. Of u are doing nothing and can keep the game on this works. Thx for the videos, what is it...... #thefinalshape I think

Zone control, 5 minutes, set points to 50, capture all 3 and wait. So far 2 legendaries out of 4 matches. Match lasts about 3 minutes EDIT 1: after six matches, I got a legendary after every other match EDIT 2: 10 matches in, 5 legendaries, NO GLIMMER OR RESOURCES, changed match score from 50 back to 25, not seeing a difference. EDIT 3: steady getting 1 legendary every other match or two. Not worth the grind imo.

Do we know if this is safe? Bungie have a juvenile and scummy behavior of 'mistakenly putting' exploits in the game and then punishing people for them. I don't know about Destiny but I know they did that in Halo Reach.

Tried it earlier and didn't get materials in three runs, just tried it and survival is not letting me go in solo.

Doesn’t work for console solo. If you have a friend you can do it. If not, chose rumble and reduce timer to 5 minutes.
