@@jmarkreed Your welcome. One thing that I been wanting to know is how to fully disassemble the Airforce valve and reassemble it. For in the case that you need to replace parts, upgrades or general maintenance on it internally. Not a must but would be extremely helpful to me as I'm learning the Airforce airguns specifically the Condor SS in .25 caliber. It's my farm pest control rifle so the more I know the better. Thank you for your response help and the sharing of knowledge. I have experience in small engines and welding if you ever have a question or two. Experience trade off maybe.

Thanks for the link as I just ordered a dropdown with gauge and fill valve for 10 year old tank. The piece you removed was the overpressure disk. Not sure what it's rated for but guessing 3200 psi. 2900 max for my old valve to keep from locking up. Thx!
Finally! Had to use a pipe wrench directly on the collect as bolt close to breaking off when using that as a lever. Tank was slipping in wooden clamps! Sign of relief when valve broke free! Threads appear to have chemical residue..thread locker? Why Air Force? Anyway on to set up drop down adapter.

Yes, hand tight should be fine. You should not use teflon tape- that is not recommended and could be dangerous. Moly coat is what AirForce uses, but I'm sure something similar would be okay. Thanks!
I have late model condor and it suffers from valve lock and irregular shooting all the time...i wish they would address this instead of looking the other way.
Do some research. Do not fill the tank more than 3000psi or you will lock. If you did upgrades to the valve to the uigh power you will need a heavier hammer weight so it does not lock
I'm trying to get the valve removed from my TalonP but it's not budging, I know it's impossible but it almost feels welded, it's insane and unnecessary. I've tried heat and a perfect fitting tool that grabs the hole (like you showed) I used a vice and clamped it beyond crazy but i will not turn. I used rags and wood to prevent sratching but it doesn't work. It's scratched now . . . so I will quit and stop going any furhter. I don't understand why AirForce does this, it's totally stupid and has no added value. When let out the pressure from my Leshiy 2, I can unscrew the bottle with my bare hands as does the fitting, the same goes for the endcaps of my Wingshot II and Marauder but I just can't seem to find the clamping force to hold the bottle without damaging it.
That must be extremely frustrating. I wish I had a good answer for you, but I'm not sure what's going on with that one. Did you buy it used, or was it original? I also assume that it's been completely de-gassed. Hope it will eventually loosen. Thanks for the comments.

..and you are lucky! I'm using a 3 lb hammer to break mine loose, no luck, but bends the SS bolt. Lol, I checked your video to make sure lefty loosey.
