Street Fighter Alpha 3 MIX (Arcade Hack)

This hack on fightcade turns the game into a KOF style team battle. You choose 3 characters and are able to exchange super meter for health at the end of each round. This adds a bit of strategy. There's also power blocking and a few other changes. Lots of fun if you play against other people - which you can on Fightcade. Give it a try! To pull off complex combo inputs in fighting games, you need the right pad or better yet, joystick.

I can't somehow change the txt file to a bat file and have no idea how to get this hack running? The instructions from github are too confusing
