Speaking of that, exporting these walk cycles into gif has a problem
on it's quality because it produces some unexpected pixel outlines. Are you okay with that?

What file type did you try to open?
The file that on ur desc
If you are trying to open the .fla file, You can't open it with Adobe Flash CS5.5 or older because it's from Adobe Animate CC 2020. If it's an .mp4 or .mov file, you must download it and play. If you are in Windows, you can download the .mp4 file. If you are in MacOS, you can download the .mov file.
