Unless you vape it, it's all heavy resin/tar. Just look at all the gunk in a bong or pipe, and that has no tobacco paper. Definitely less bad than a blunt but vaping it or using a vape cart w/oil is the way to go. Unfortunately even then unless you get it from a dispensary it can still be diluted.
