They are called hoochie daddy shorts 😂. Moving to the city your children choose to move to for college is a little codependent and too enmeshed. Young/ transitioning adults need space. They are moving to find them self and discover what they want out of life. If you have raised them well they will figure it out and all parties will be happier about it.

My daughter graduates HS in 2024, but if she attends college out of state...we're moving! She's our one and only as well. It's just the 3 of us so and we wouldn't have it any other way. She loves the idea too!

We are currently in Orlando with our girl She graduated from High school c/023 so this was her graduation trip. We have come here several times and always have a good time. WE thought about you guys because we spent some time over at Margaretville because today was our 20th anniversary. Our one and only child treated us to dinner. She is such a sweetheart.

My son moved a few times and is back in the general area about an hour away…consider that Chase may move around before he actually settles down in one place.
I just visited my Nephew in Orlando he purchased a condo, He really likes it there. He gave me a tour of all the Homes there in Orlando which is very nice. I feel it's an upcoming place for young ppl. Next time you visit go to the Orlando Farmers Market on Sundays, an Amazingggg time. You get too see the who's of Orlando... This was nice. I like the way Eric dresses, shorts were ok to me. Actually I was thinking Eric styling this gold rims until you said something, then they looked feminine 😀 As for moving near Chase I get it. Our only daughter 26 yr old just graduated Grad school and excepted a job about 5 hours away in another state. OMG it's killing me. We're pretty tight family and we have definitely rolled the idea around, but in all honesty I want her to have her own space to do her own thing, it's been said she is slightly codependent already, so I truly understand
I am crying laughing with “that’s on Mary had a little lamb” hahahaha we have two daughters and we are very close as well however both of them moved to Charleston SC after college and we live in the upstate Greenville SC area so we are close enough for the most part but to add we have entertained the thought of moving one day especially since now we have grandchildren hahahaha

I think that’s a great idea. In the end Chase may not stay there forever. I’m born and raised in the Tampa Bay Area. We lived in ATL for about 12 years and moved back to Tampa. I’d move back to the ATL today! Seasons ! In todays political climate Florida is not where I feel safe with my kids. As a family we are discussing where we should land. Tampa is not on the actual beach so Eric would be good here though.

Hey Tan and Erik, heyyy! We are actually relocating from the hustle and bustle of Charlotte, NC to a small town in South Carolina. Our 16-year-old is already stating that she wants to move back to Charlotte after she finishes college in SC, but we won't be returning with her, ha! We are pretty close to her as well, but Charlotte will be just a short 2-hour drive from our new home. I do miss how guys used to dress in the late 90's and early 2000's; I'm personally not a fan of the skinny jeans on guys these days. Enjoy your day in the park you guys:) -Britt
Hmmm...the glasses are a no for Eric:) They remind me of Gazelles😊. I have an aunt that moved to Tampa over 30 years ago. She built a house there and her adult children followed suit and built homes there too. They actually buy the land and then find a builder...very nice. Great video👍

Im from Florida, born and raised. I would only visit Orlando, would not live there, and the same with Tampa. Florida is just different now, and the racial tension is on another level.

Hi Tan! I live in Tampa and it is very nice! I lived over 20+ years in Orlando and about 7 years in Tampa and I do prefer Orlando though :) To me Orlando has so much more to do.

I don't know much about design but the sunglasses do look a little feminine. I think it's the curve metal in the middle of the glasses. If it was straight then it will give more of a masculine look. Also the lens sit towards the face. My uneducated design opinion is I think male sunglasses sit away from the face compared to female sunglasses 🤷.
