I have viewed your Efteling video, and now i am watching this one. The Marvilla Park is new to me, i had never heard of it. I liked sand dune area, en learned from you that there was a village called Efteling underneath that sand 🙂Thank you for exploring this region and taking us with you ! Best regards from NL.
Just got back Sunday morning early hours from here. Absolute knightmare of a treck set off from Kaatsheuvel at just after 10 and got back to Selby for 2am!! The site was great. Superb for Efteling. We did a day in Amsterdam as well. Parked at the RAI conference centre the got the metro in to the city. Would recommend the site to all. All the best and nice bid pal.
@Andy182w oh no, I think yesterday was a really bad day to travel, I've heard from several others too how terrible it was, we travelled friday so avoided it, yeah we love the site and will be back ❤️ thank you 😊
Went there once with daycare a long time ago, played in that little stone water park. And a few years back to play minigolf. Nice to see they made a whole new water(slide)park to keep the kids more entertainend.
Not sure where you got the information from that Efteling was named after a burried village. It's not entirely sure where the name comes from actually. Most likely it's named after an inn that stood close by where the Efteling park now is. The inn was called De Ersteling (the first-born) but with old fancy lettering it was mistakenly read as Efteling.
