    Ingredients:
    2 cups grated carrots
    2 cups milk

    Instructions:
    Heat a pan or skillet over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of ghee.
    Once the ghee melts, add the grated carrots and sauté for 5-7 minutes until they soften.
    Pour in 2 cups of milk and stir well. Let the mixture simmer over low heat until the carrots are cooked and the milk reduces, stirring occasionally.
    Once the milk has reduced significantly and the carrots are soft, add 1/2 cup of sugar and mix until well combined.
    Continue to cook the mixture until it thickens and attains a halwa-like consistency, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
