Thinking about getting the Toyota RAV4 because I am currently with Ford and had the escape and now have the focus and I don't really like them. I don't like the hesitation that ford bran cars seem to have. Hopefully Toyota is better.

It's getting discontinued after this year
My major complaint with the 2014-2015 RAV-4 XLE is the uncomfortable driver's seat. I have owned 5 new Toyotas previously and the driver's seat on the XLE is the worst ever. What are your thoughts?
Not to mention the bumpy ride
I can handle the stiff suspension but not the stiff driver's seat.

usnftc Thank you for that comment because i had the same issue with a 2006 Rav4 with a very uncomfortable driver's seat that i had to adjust all the time. It's one of the reasons that i got rid of it.

Slow sales and it's a pointless vehicle in Toyota's lineup when they have the RAV4 and Highlander.
I've got an 08 with a V6. I won't consider another RAV4 unless it has the V6 available.

CR V is not the better choice for traction and snow. RUclips car reviews show this.
Toyotas are better quality vehicles and tend to last much longer than Hondas. If you're looking for long term quality then the Toyota would be the way to go. If you are leasing then either would probably be fine. I hope that this helps you.

Toyota needs to hire some Nissan engineers to help with their interior (dashboard) cluster... the square dashboard looks like it was I the 80 :(... boring as heck. Your review on the other hand is great and I like your review a lot. Great review.
Do you drive down the road looking at your dash? I personally don't care about what a dash looks like when dependability is what should matter first. If you want style and dependability, buy a nice Lexus.
2010V6RAV4 We all know Toyota reliability is top notch... no question there. Though, I look at the road while driving, I do glance at my dash board once in awhile to keep me informed therefore,, I am looking at the whole package. If you said dash is no importance to you then why not just have a 4" square LCD and give you the just the three info you really need like "Speedometer, Gas, Temp, Error icon" so you can have the space in front of the steering wheel for your other important things :).

Toyotas shitty looking both inside and outm but extremely reliable
More sporty than the 2015 crv any day. And that chrome they threw in in the front and especially the back is so tacky. But crv has way better ride. Not so bumpy
