That's project Nexus. The original lore was that he was a mercenary hired by the Sheriff to kill Hank. Project Nexus and Madness combat are connected through the other place but aren't in the same timeline/universe.
@@MDAndMC676 that's literally impossible. That would mean that they would have to be two trickys because we have Dr Hofnarr and Mercenary tricky. Also wasn't PN Hank and Antipathy hank separate during the events of 9.5?
