Yep. Just found out he was engaged to someone else before we even broke things off. Love him beyond anything and he shattered me. I gave him my all. Was vulnerable, empathic and stayed even though he was 'broken'. He self sabotaged, ran and kept me at arms length. Yet toyed with my head and heart. Left me confused and stressed.
I love how you continued teaching in spite of all the negative things people had to say about you for falling short, as we all have! That was like telling a parent to give their child up for adoption after making a mistake. Yes I did ... 😱 OMG I spoke life into him, and didn't expect to see that little giving back from him. Sometimes I felt like he was in competition with me, and he will enjoy making me angry. He would say you look sexy when you're angry 😢 and I am still feeling hurt after 7 years. I don't feel that my heart will ever be fully ready to love again.

IIIIIIIIIIII My only regret is that no matter how hard I try I find myself sporadically triggered to tears. It wasnt just him. It was my family too. In less than a year everyone I thought loved me showed me they realky didnt fuck with me. Not the way I rode for them. And me leaving to regain peace meant absolutely nothing to no one. Even years later. How do you motivate yourself to let anyone in at that point? Im distracted in survival mode rn, having no one in a recession isnt advisable. But its all I got to work with. Me and God. And its one day at a time. But without progress how do you heal?

I also learned to keep my heart open and it's match will find me someday when I least expect it and my heart's match won't want low leve bs, like friends with benefits etc

I lost someone else to the streets they were going to be ok I was going to see to that I was make sure of that if had of killed me. I told them both I'm going to be here but they chose the streets
