When you got to the look at the version of yourself feeling the hurt and the pain I started crying with my eyes shut giving myself a spiritual bear hug. Ive never been more thankful for my vivid mind. Thank you for this content, I think multiple session will help me with alot.
Thankyou for this meditation I definitely felt lighter, I sow my self collecting the old into a backet and looked like coal, and then I sow my self with me and when we hugged I said look above and it was raining glitter above us really was amazing, I’m going too give it a week and if I feel I need too come back I will ❤

I felt the pure emotion in your voice .. it makes me cry and want to literally start again my life .. this time by .. simply .. allowing myself to be .. beautifully imperfect. Thank you again ❤
It helped me reach out to those exact momments, which was great. but I couldn't stay unaffected, specially the momment I hugged my 3 yr old self, I had litteral goossebummps throughout the body, I felt very sad for him and felt it was unfair what was done to him on a regular basis as a child, I cried, it felt like he the child didnt deserve it. and honestly couldnt focus on the rest of the meditation, didn't get up feeling lighter.
Hi, its a good thing you had this time to feel that love and compassion for your younger self. That is a good step towards healing. I would suggest trying this again in a week or so :)

We go towards progress, peace and love together , and for each other (wise and the old part) I don’t hold on these old distorted views that are unvalid, I thank you for having stood up for me all this time thinking it was for my good, u were alway there for me. But now I’m different, more knowledgable and well equiped, we can grow and love each other in a loving prism, and not hold to these undeserved, false and bad old views I love you, even if I’m sometimes impatient or resentful with you… I regret that, and I’m sorry for that. I am working towards being better towards you, you hold immense powers and the key to my/our well being, but I kept rejecting you or pushing you away, believing what others told and thinking you were a nuisance. Sorry for that, it was a misconception from me you’re immensely valuable, and I’m trying to make my way in this world but I’m also not perfect at all, so please, forgive me. I want an alliance and integration with you, and we gonna conquer this fucking magnificent world 😂😂😂👊🏽❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Hi Natalie, so glad you feel lighter. If you feel good just set it aside for a week to see if it sticks. Sometimes that is enough for people. If you know/can feel that you need to work on it more, then listen again a few times. Not necessarily everyday. Thanks for listening :)

It is believed that the subconscious mind is listening while we are sleeping but I do like my clients to remember. You will know if it is still working by noticing a shift in areas around your self worth :) Maybe try sitting up right but still leaning back ?

Hi Zaira, I would listen to this session a few times. How do you feel after? If you are feeling good and like you have released old emotions around abandonment, then I would focus of how you want to be. Listening everyday to affirmations or a meditation around being worthy, or around confidence to replace the old beliefs that were created by your past experiences.

I just can’t relax no matter what I do to listen to this. I wish there was some re,ascribing music or something. I keep trying and I’m just getting angry not relaxed. I give up hope of ever healing at this point. Nothing is working or helping.
I was like this is the beginning as well. My anger was fear, it took a bit of practice to be able to let go. I hope you get there :) Maybe set it aside and try it another day.
