I purchased the 8 box case from Steel City, pre-order for USD 715. I regret opening them instead of flipping them on ebay after seeing them double in price. I ended up with 2 sketches, 2 Hanafunda, 2 chibis and 8 signatures and 11 capsules. Good luck with your other boxes.
Yeah, I wish I had done a pre-order on these and on the masterpieces. Both sets went up in price immediately after release, which is unusual.
I’m not a really big Anime fan. That is a pretty cool set though.

I enjoyed your video and it was the only one I watched prior to my own break so I thought I'd mention it.
I've seen many unboxing videos on many YT channels, but I like your style the most. The pacing with which you describe the box, packs, base set cards, and chase cards is not too fast or too slow. It doesn't get boring but it's still enough info to really get a feel for the set. Also, your recap section at the back of each video is high quality stuff.

This is probably the greatest set I have ever seen anyone release; unfortunately, the boxes are 2x more than I'd be willing to spend, despite still being in production :rage:
This is definitely my favourite set in recent years, but I prefer some of the classic Masterpieces and Fleer Ultra sets from the 90's to this one. The current price for these is ridiculous, I'm hoping they will go Down After the hype is gone.
@@randomcollector2353 Someone at Upper Deck said on a podcast that 'Anime' is going to be an annual set, because it did so well.
I don't think the hype is going to go away unless communism envelopes the west and nobody has expendable income anymore.

What a cool set! And I love it when certain packs have characters together. Like you had a pack with Cyclops and Phoenix together, then another with Black Cat and Spider-Man. I dunno, just makes me smile. Really love the art in this but I agree with you on those inserts. Especially the thing you gotta have three of to complete?! And it doesn’t look like it would really be worth it? Very nice video! Wishing you luck on the other two boxes!!

For the signed card: Does it mean there are 120 Black Panthers signed or 120 cards in the set with artist signature?
There are 120 signed cards of every base card, so yes there are 120 signed Black Panther cards!
I like anime, too, so this was very interesting for me. I had no idea these existed. I'm definitely going to add this to my "to get" list when I get the chance. That Kaiju chase card of Krakoa was amazing. I also really liked the Black Panther, parallel of Thanos, and that mechanized Punisher was out of this world. Those capsule character cards are interesting.
This is definitely a interesting set, probably my favourite of the more recent Upper Deck sets. I think the chase cards are bit underwhelming, but the base set is very nice and the parallels are some of the best looking cards I've seen in a while.

The cards look much nicer than what they display on the box....I might end up getting a box when the prices inevitably drop.
I'm hoping the price on these will drop, but at the moment it doesn't seem as if that will happen.

I've got two more boxes coming, I hope I can complete one Stax set or maybe get at least 2 cards that fit together, but we'll see.

Marvel cards have been too expensive lately. I'm also hoping that these drop in price, so I can break another 1 or 2 boxes.

@@JXRRY5150 You can still find these at Dave and Adams but they have increased in price since their release. It seems as if most recent releases have been selling like hot cakes!
I like this set. A bit pricier, but it's a fun set! And the art being consistent is a big plus
