Barcelona on Sunday 8th May. Not in the best shape, it's was a whole month of Ramadan fasting in April (but I trained still 😊)so... I'm realistically going for 3:50 or at worst sub 4. Updates incoming 🤞🏾
You two are amazingly great runners. Have you guys ever considered doing a running tutorial video? I know there are LOADS of them out there but I'm usually very shallow and only like to watch videos from people I enjoy (no offense to others...).

You should do mersea Island Park run
I was in this race. My goals was 2:48. Finish in 2:58. Hard race in last 5km. I’m was in the target until km 34 haha
It's a great event but that last 2k hill to the finish is a killer! Sub 3 is amazing, well done 👏👏
