I think i'm honestly gonna bomb in swiss and don't deserve to be even in top 16 rankings (I actually didn't get to to do any worlds testing as a mobile gamer and have finals all the way up to day of worlds so not gonna get much time to play new cards), but I will say that my record is slightly better than it looks: in 2 of the opens I simply afked so really i have a 40 % conversion rate.
i'm confident you can do it bro. Top1 server, 2 consecutive wins and all of this while going to school and your parents stopping you from playing. You will crush that
RPG AM to the top, rooting for Floppy and CG. I will be a little tilted if AtLeastIGotTheCS makes it just because I think this will be the strongest showing from AM to date and if we get trumped by an EU player who prepped with the AM players Im rooting for... it'll destroy my mental. AM to the top! Btw Cas would definitley deserve it I just so badly want an AM win under our belt
Yeah even though I love Majiin as a content creator, his first day of prep was _today_ . I can’t imagine almost a full week of prep disadvantage is gonna be very good for him.
I personally hope AtLeastIGotTheCS wins it all. Simply because in my only top cut tourney, I won a bo3 against him in open rounds (before losing one in a rematch two rounds later). But that would mean I won against the world champ, meaning, in reality I'm the best.
I love that you put Ultraman so high. Really hyped for him. I don't get PvH at all though. Even by your reasoning 4LW should be there. Anopheles is also an odd pick. Boksör maybe has too much going against him, but I can see it. I'd probably put Sorry and Da Tank Buster in the top 16 instead of PvH and Anopheles.
One of my big reasons for PVH was his 100% conversion of turning a top cut into a top 16 or better, something that absolutely doesn't apply to 4LW. Plus, I like using my last pick to bring light to an underdog people might not know about. Anophele's might have been an odd pick for the top 16, but with a 2nd and a 1st in EMEA I think they have to at least be in your orbit.
Not the worst power ranking ever, but some placements I quite heavily disagree with. My criterion for excluding a player from top16 is basically: "Have I seen this person make glaringly obvious mistakes across multiple matches?" My memory might be hazy, but despite their high placement at worlds last year, I remember Chenia making some terrible misplays. I've also seen too many mistakes by Ultraman to place them highly. I also don't have high hopes for Boxsör, since they have been reliant on specific outdated decks and AFAIK don't have a team behind them to test the new expansion. I am of course rooting for, but also most critical of EMEA players, since I play against them and see their mistakes firsthand. My dark horse is Schluluflipi and my favourite to take it all is AtLeastIGotTheCS.
I think "Have I seen this person make glaringly obvious mistakes across multiple matches?" is a great criteria to go by, unfortunately I watch so much LoR throughout the year from casting that my memory of who did what is so fkin hazy and blended together that its not super viable for me
I shouldn't have skipped three opens so I could be higher on the Blvd ranking, what a punt
5 Koreans in Worlds this year! Don't sleep on any of them they are all extremely talented.
+ ) Raphterra is my personal favorite from APAC!
sick thumbnail maaan. great video as per usual too

I think only a few players have a team to support them, it still depends on the amount of practice by themselves.
om underestimating rpg
Hash said he liked my list Madge
TANK BUSTER 🔛🔝
YESSIR TOP 16 BABY.
You mentioned that you snubbed NWA but you def snubbed Belcoot, he's so good
Anything you can say about what RPG does differently?
Some teams take the game seriously, RPG takes it VERY seriously
Where is 4LW, Boulevard?
He's not gonna fuck you
