    Hello everyone, initially thanks for creating this podcast, it is eye opener for me. A few years ago, I couldn't get the gist English masterpiece and famous tv shows, English tests and then I tried to kick off new challenges such as listening intriguing podcasts, watching shows on RUclips channel and I know that The beauty of learning English is that you can overcome to step out of comfort zone. Every morning, I was going to pick up new word and short phrases by writing example, watching movies. Now, I'm good at listening any audios, outcome of mock tests. In conclusion, you always should feel like big win and celebrate small wins. You never give up learning go over your hand.

    This podcast was super interesting and had a lot to take away. Regarding the point you mentioned about watching videos with *subtitles* , I think it doesn’t help much because you’re improving your reading skills more than your listening skills. So it might be a good idea not to watch with subtitles, as it can make you lazy and less likely to focus on listening to the sentences and phrases in the video.🤍💫

    • @SpeakEnglishWithClass
      @SpeakEnglishWithClass  Месяц назад +7

      Thank You for the wonderful insight 🙏 However, what you say might not apply to each individual. Some would initially want to have subtitles to be able to follow the conversation and slowly move away to concentrating on listening ONLY ❤️🫡
