Loki does not like to go out when the ground is wet and will hold it for over 24 hours when he wants. Leash walks are a whole other thing he is always down for a leash walk. I would suggest against puppy pads. It is hard for them to know the difference betweeen a puppy pad and a rug sometimes. Depends on the dog though. You are so sweet gifting that to Misty!
