Bidiah simply mean innovation in matter of Deen. Otherwise it is the practise that are formed later on in the history of Islam and are found done by some Muslims nowadys and was not done by prophet Muhammad, even the sahabas, and tabihun, or not found in any of his sunnah. E.g. doing lailatul qodri as a programme, celebrating maoulud nabiy, shouting of adhkar around a white clothes.
