Just in case he hasn't looked it up Nashville Hot chicken is coated in oil. All of those seasonings are mixed in hot oil and drenched over the chicken. That's why it's usually a sandwich or served with Pickles and coleslaw.

it means they screwed up when deep frying it , the oil temp was not hot enough , usually this happens when you crowd the vessel you are frying in , i assume then they might not have a proper fryer because this should not happen with a commercial fryer that holds the temp steady always , this is more likely to happen for home cooks who fry in a skillet or something .
Honestly we love your videos, and you don’t need to eat something that makes you feel sick. There are so foods that are so calorie dense & greasy that your body is like ‘nopeeeee too much’.

Hot take? Since popeyes got everyone to up their "juicy in the middle crunchy on the outside" game, fried chicken has actually gone TOO far. I dont really want a thick layer of dry crunchy bread then wet, waterlogged meat in the middle. It's too much of an extreme, even though those were the traits we originally asked for. I kinda miss the thin layer of salty skin you used to get.
Should go with veggies next time...oily food + veggie on the side, some greens ,radish...its just wonderful..the best foods are those that taste good and healthy at the same time. So mix it up bruh😊

Nashville hot chicken always seemed so awful to a Brit like me. Normally we chase the driest, crispiest batter, and the thought of redunking already cooked fried chicken in cold oil seems like it'd give the worst, oiliest, greasiest bite of food ever.
