Currently I'm just being smart and frugal with my money, I'm in the green 47% over the last 15 months and l've accumulated over $700K in pure profits from DCA’ing into stocks, ETFs, dividends and futures. However I’ve been in the red for a month now. I work hard for my money, so investing is making me a nervous sad wreck. I don’t know if I should sell everything, sit and just wait.
Nobody knows anything you need to create your own process, manage risk and stick to the plan, through thick or thin while also continuously learning from mistakes and improving.
@@sherryie2 I agree, that's the more reason I prefer my day to day invt decisions being guided by a fin-advisor, seeing that their entire skillset is built around going long and short at the same time both employing risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying off risk as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, coupled with the exclusive information/analysis they have, it's near impossible to not out-perform, been using a fin-advisor for over 2years+ and I've netted over 2.8million.

Great interview with a mean reversion stock trader. Some of what I liked: “I don’t trade my opinions, I trade set ups. … you have mental capital and financial capital and they’re equally important … it’s not what you make, it’s what you keep”
I lost over $70K when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It took me over two years of being in the market, I'm really grateful I find one source to recover my money, at least $9k profits weekly. Thanks so much Rolando Eric....

This is valuable beyond belief. For those who have traded a while and can understand the deeper concepts…. It always comes back to the same thing with these big time guys. Have YOUR setups and seek out those setups. Spend the time (hours and hours) learning about those setups and the nuances of those setups. Trust me, it will save you years and pain of trying to always learn something new.
