Corn Cheese Buldak (a.k.a. the best way to eat Buldak according to the creator herself) I found this Buldak recipe by the creator of Buldak from a Korean TV show. It’s pretty good, but still way too spicy for me 🥵 The sweet corn and cheese definitely helped it! It was pretty fun for sure 😂 Instructions: 1. Cook Buldak as you would normally, but excluding the seaweed packet. 2. Make the topping by mixing all the ingredients below in a bowl: 170g canned sweet corn 40g shredded mozzarella cheese 1/4 Tbsp sugar 1 ½ Tbsp mayonaise 3. Place Buldak on a plate and top with the sweet corn mixture. 4. Microwave for a minute and a half. 5. Enjoy the best way to eat Buldak!
@@skittlesreacts For real, I tried them a few years ago and damn, I finished mine but I shit red the next couple days 😭 I had a pretty high spice tolerance then, like I wouldn’t eat food unless it had spice. Mexican here. We would experiment with noodles growing up. We didn't have a lot of food in the house and would add stuff in our noodles to add protein. The best one I made was chicken soup with beans and a slice of cheese.
@@Hope-Truth-Light and then buy the sauce to add even more! (I'm not exactly sane 🙃, but it tastes great 👍✨ Ate my last 3x yesterday with a little cheese and créme frâiche [because it was gonna expire and I had no idea what I wanted to do w/ it] along with KFC - apparently it was way too hot (she had to rinse her mouth) and told me never to give her them again - 3x is like 560 kcal per pack, which was 2 servings, I didn't eat that day yet, but I wasn't expecting KFC.....so yh, we shared, and I already made sure not to give her too much and didn't add extra sauce that day) Okay...actually, now that I've ramble-typed it, in retrospect, I did add a little sauce (can't remember if it was normal or 2x) and a little bit of random chilli powder the night before, into the créme frâiche, so maybe that was extra spice I forgot about 😅 Personally, my mouth is usually fine with a cold bottle of water
I love Buldak especially the pink one. I'm my opinion the best addition to it is a hard boiled egg, mayonnaise, spring onion and and some something else that is green and nutrualizes some of the spice. Cause no one can tell me that thay stomack is appreciating the whole spicz sauce package 😅
Although the pink one is not the strongest flavored buldak imo it is the tastiest flavored one. The others might be better with other toppings but I think pink hands down wins eating it straight ((maybe cause its already got the cheesy creamy sweetness flavor haha)).
I like spicy noodles in general, but there are lots of products that say extra spicy but don't taste that spicy, so I'm not satisfied with that. That's why I like Buldak, especially the Extra Hot one, it's really spicy and has its own taste (like there's a sweet taste in the aftertaste) and I really like that. (I'm Indonesian btw)
Imma have to try this usually How I Make it I boil the noodles and then I stir fry the noodles lightly in a skillet with the sauce with a little oil i feel this way the sauce is absorb more in the noodles and not just the water, but I only use half the sauce for the noodles and the rest for the water Get beef rounds cook and slice in thin strips boiled egg cut in half. Put the noodles in the bowl with the water with sauce in it, place beef strip, place sliced boil egg then sprinkle with the flakes. Then serve. I personally like to add chili crisp to mine. 😊 🤤
I do this but also mix in an egg after draining the water, i feel it knocks the spice down just enough to make it easier to eat, plus it adds protein and flavor 🙏🏻
Do u mix the egg in raw? I know eggs in Japan are diff than the US (where u can eat it raw without risk of salmonella), so r u talking about Japanese eggs? Just curious bc it does sound like a good tactic!
@@deeparao-tw2oe I'm actually talking about US eggs, after draining the noodles (and leaving a bit of water) I make a small crevice in the pan and cook the egg in there for a bit, once cooked enough I mix it in with the noodles + sauce
Condensed milk amplifies the spicy flavor and gives it a rich feeling while also reducing the acidic pain from the sauce on your face and lips. About 1-2 Tablespoons or to taste. Mix this with sugar salt sautéed sweet onions and meat of your choosing pan stir fried into the sauce with the noodles.
I bought the creamy chicken flavor today and I’m going to try it with a half packet. I’m not good with spice but it looks so good I just had to try it!
After throwing away all the water (in a cup) I would cook the noodle + the buldak sauce in the frying pan until the sauce was dry and look darker compared to if you just follow the instructions (8 spoon water+just 30 second stir) Sometimes I would add in just a tiny bit of the extra water I save from the cup if its too dry & the noodle looks like it's gonna burn & dry fast lol but not too much because the taste will be gone. Depending on the type of buldak I would add just a lil sprinkle of sugar to tone down the saltiness/spiciness. We want a concentrated tasting buldak here. Then I left it to cool down before eating or else you would only taste the spiciness/hotness? If it's the carbonara/cheese powder version, you can experiment if you want to add the powder while frying it together with the sauce, or after you take it off the kitchen as usual. I find putting some mayonnaise afterwards also helps to elevate the taste.
I just tried this and it was pretty good! It was a little too much topping for me tho, I recommend cutting it in half if u want the buldak flavor to pop more, it ended up tasting like buldak flavored corn cheese topping. I also ended up using the whole spice packet (i usually use 1/2 -2/3) because the topping rlly mutes the spice. Overall Id give it a 7/10

my kick to buldak noodles (the carbonara one) is i like to add a lot of mozzarella cheese, spring onions, and a sunny side egg!! so good lol
My classmate was saying something and my friend heared it as 'mam i want buldak hair' the best part was that the classmate that was saying this was bald at that time. She said it out aloud and everyone heard it. Soon it become a school meme
One of my best memories from middle school
Buldak is my daughters absolute favorite!
I enjoy spicy foods, but man... I can't use the whole flavour pack with these! I barely use a drop and it still sets my mouth on fire haha. They're so tasty though 😊
That’s just drunk people food you toss together at 3 am
Definitely trying this.

sweet corn panchan changed my life when i tried it for the first time in korean bbq… i was wondering what’s in there, now i’m gonna make this A LOT thanks 😂
for anyone who ever has the green(black bean). when removing the water, dont throw it away and instead store it to make amazing vegetable stock for amazing soups
I wanna try this. I have a reason now to go a little crazy next grocery run.
Had some spicy chicken Buldak today, was not ready for the spice one bit. Did not expect it to be that bad XD legit had me in tears at one point
Try eat the X3 or X5
@francisjosephcutamora8530 oh God. I'd prob actually die lmao, pretty sure I had the least spicy one and it was a struggle. It was good as hell though
Buldak spicy ramen is actually the only ramen i would eat everyday and not getting tired of its flavors, i would say i reccommended the cabonara one its the best and perfect it has a strong kick to the spice but it shall not let the taste go to waste.
kewpie mayo or regular?
Regular
I've ate this up to 20 times so far, tasty spice
Not to be rude but I am so happy you are eating so good rn! Love all the meal and the meal prep segments. Like proper meals! because I use to get worried when you use to cook whatever without much thought in the past 😅haha
As a medkit main I definitely did not start the game going like “oh boy this medkit character looks cool and I love supports” and just straight up only play medkit (I actually played vine first but I had no idea how her sprouts worked lol) until I tried out subspace and mained him for a while till I came back to medkit and tried out slingshot and scythe, I usually interchange between scythe, medkit and vine nowadays (with a little bit of sling, subspace and coil)
Dich schau ich doch nicht wegen der Formate, sondern weil du mein absoluter Lieblingsyoutuber bist
Buldak noodles are pretty expensive, I usually get them when they're on sale at 6$ (CAD). I've been wondering for some, how much are y'all getting yours for?
Yall, stir-fry it with the sauce. Its 🔥. I also use it as a marinade for grilling / broiling chicken wings.
my fav noodles and i love that a woman made them 😂❤
Me and my siblings have been eating buldak since 2018 and we love it sooo much
I can't even use halk a pack of the sauce - holy shit it's hot! also i love them and am addicted.
U.u have to keep some water with it?
That sounds solid! Not sure if I'm a fan of the sugar in it as it may be too sweet for me but I sure love buldak. Also great with tuna mayo and cucumber!
That looks good
Omg that looks great!
Looks pretty good.😋And good job cleaning your plate, kid!👍🏼You're a growing boy and you needz your strength.😁You gotz to eat!😄
Gotta try this!
Oh my goodness this looks phenomenal.... I'm ordering these after work tomorrow 😂😂
I was so anxious the noodles will be overcooked😭
2x Buldak spicy fire noodles is just right, god bless
Question - why does Korean food uses so much sugar in savoury dishes? I literally never use sugar in the kitchen unless I’m baking.
is the mayo kewpie mayo or regular mayo?
I love this stuff, but I always get the craziest stomach aches after, like it burns a hole through my stomach 😢
The corn and cheese remind me of elote! Yummy!
Best and Corn in the same sentence is wild
it's def most amazing way to eat it ever omg
For vegans out there: Buldak Noodles uses artificial Chicken flavour and is Vegan (confirmed by Samyang Company as well). You can make this 100% vegan as well and its bomb
