It is often a good idea to try to understand the reason for a question even if you think the answer is obvious. I can certainly understand why Ana may have asked this question. The recipe is far from obvious for a beginner like myself. Is it supposed to say yolks from 3 eggs and whites from 4 eggs? Also, the recipe divides the sugar into thirds, but the video says mix half the sugar with the yolks. Very confusing!
