To find the right tire pressure you need to do this... Take a pice of your kids chalk, draw some flat wide lines across the tread, and drive straight. Then check your lines, correct pressure is when most all the chalk is gone. Start at max pressure and work your way down. That way you see your total tire contact patch. It wears from the center, going out. I’ve done that for 50-years, no fancy equipment needed... A secret, mark the sidewalks with chalk to find your lines.

My truck has a tire light load inflation setting. 60 PSI in the front and 45 PSI in the rear. If you think about it unless you're carrying a load there's no weight in the bed of the truck it's the lightest part so it makes sense.

Had the truck 5 months and only have 1600 miles so deletion is the least priority. Will put the old DEF into the 2017 dually we have that actually gets miles under its belt. 95k to be exact.

Then 33" Mudders for the Winter, really want to get some new front shock absorbers. Love going off-road so sticking to naturally aspirated for now. V8 👊 had to get the front end upgraded of course because the lift destroyed it but that's how it goes at first. That's what happens when you buy a lifted truck though, odds are the previous owner didn't do the correct upgrades with the lift.

I hope you not taking your truck to the beach if its a salt water beach. Salt water is the worst thing for a truck, it causes massive corrosion. If its fresh water your ok. If its salt water you better spend a couple hours with a press washer spraying into every crevice possible to make sure you get all the salt out of all the crevices.

My truck rides better than it did when I bought it off the show room floor.

Most guys think it doesn't do much and just makes it easier on the drivetrain. It does do that but the power get back in your lifted truck is what is really the get down!! Just because your truck can turn the bigger tires with stock gears, doesn't mean you should leave it!! Do gears guys!! It's sooooo worth it!!

If you have a 4dr with rear door windows open more than fronts or without opening rear sliding glass the wind areodynamics cause crazy shake.
Also check drive shaft U joints and center bearing for wear or stiffness siezing. Could be flat spots on cold tires that goes away when they warm up?
Retorque suspension bolts and lug nuts.
      Release parking brake lol.

Nothing to the trans, but regearing to 4.10’s would help your drive train, depending on your stock gear ratio.

Just bought my 2nd truck, and it’s a really different experience. My first one was a Chevy 1500, and this one is a Dodge Ram 1500 (2018). It’s a 4x4 & has 20” tires with a small lift.
I know it’s supposed to be a tougher ride but it’s making a squeaking noise in the front driver’s side when I first drive forward.

This helped me out so much. I just got an 8” lift with 37x12.5x20 tires. I didn’t expect the ride to be so rough. I found out my tires were around 57psi and dropped them down to 40. Waaayyyy smoother.

Thanks for the video! I've been running about the same pressure as you. I only increase the pressure in the front if I'm plowing or the rears when I know I'm going to tow something heavy. The sidewalls are so rigid that the wear on the surface of the tire isn't abnormal if you are just driving around with no heavy weight added.
