You get trained to act like an adult when you're an actor. You got to show that you're a professional most of the time (a lot of the time). Have to show your cast and director your not an immature or hard to deal with on set usually being a lady or a man on set you can have fun but this is a job, mentality. Even in this she may get told to tone it down a bit on the next interview... too much laughing, too much freaking out, she has an image she will be told she has to maintain an professional image or they'll pull back on interviews.

I can't say for sure becasue I'm from the UK, but usually I gauge an actor or actresses quality by how well they can convincingly do an accent, and from what I can tell she nailed it with the American one. Of course this is coming from non-regional ears and you can always spot flaws if you are from where the accent originates (I'm Scottish so you see my point), but having been exposed to American TV and films all my life I still think it's pretty spot on.
