The Off Season Ep. 5 - Training my brain

Welcome to Ep. 5 in "The Off Season"! My names is Rasmus Vestergård Johansen and you have tuned in to my journey towards the Winter Olympics. For the last couple of years, I have dedicated my time to do everything in my power to be able to turn professional-athelte next year, when I'm done with high school.
