Please reply .its urgent All my tasks were approved then i got an insufficiency task mail asking to upload updated pancard with recent photo as my pancard had an old photo childhood as they mentioned . I have already applied for pancard changes but it will take week for e pan card to come . But everyone says to reply to imsufficiency task mail within 24 hrs. I have raised ticket and sent mails yet no reply . What can i do ?? Scan and send the same pancard again ?

I have same timeline as yours' , all my documents have been verified, but till now I haven't received offer letter. Also raising tickets show "documents under validation" since over 2 months. When to expect offer letter?

My documents verification process is pending since 4 months.out of 16 tasks,15 tasks are approved and one is pending which is my deploma time period.i did every single change as per their requirement but everytime I got same task rejection mail

@@user-nc3lj8hg5y make a combined pdf of all marksheets and submit that one, you must have a check option which asks if you want to upload combined marksheet if you don’t have provisional degree

I have not written a semister.. so practically I have a semister of backlogs which I cleared immediately in next semister.. so I have 8+1(backlog certificate) in which where I have got backlog certificate is use less all I have only are zeroes.. so now can I just skip it and upload backlog certificate in it's place? I can see that your deadline is 4 sept 2023 and you have recorded on 17th September 2023 so i was just curious when exactly all your docs got approved since i am sure you must have uploaded before 4th September please let me know
documents got approved on 19th September.. And it was uploaded on 25th of August

I got below rejection message
"Rejection Comment: upload loa pdf file not accepted Take print of LOA(both the pages), update your name, date and signature manually. Scan and upload clear copy of both the pages LOA . Save as draft and then submit the task. with complete date in given box as 2023"

You should write date as 27092023 (i.e 27th September).. It's an example.. And Write your name in block letters
Upload the pics in word ,put LOA in doc format, PDF format mostly don't work in their system.
All my educational documents are with Surname as Letter and Name like ( K Yamini)
But,My PAN Card and Aadhar has Full name like ( Kalikiri Yamini).
Will it be a problem if I upload documents like this mam?

For package app development associate roll 2023 , I have completed upto HR round waiting for the results, If I cleared this round means next round was documented verification in document verification weather they will see the 10th 12th marks?
