They might be from hell, and its probably something they would never admit because of it, but they all care and love each other. At first, angel was just using charlie to get a place to stay, but as time goes on, he will see her as a friend and a person he cares about and will protect. At first i thought this was a song about sex and stuff, but then i slowly realized how...sweet the song really was.

I really wish we could hear both voice actors swap tracks, but it seems like a lot of unresolved stuff with a good chunk of the original cast and musicians. I feel sorry for everyone and also wonder if partly it's because of the lack of communication - I would say Vivie wouldn't be held so responsible for that being one person. But I think it's hard to get your head around the corporate desicions (NDAs asside) when they are the face of it and the cast, animators and musicians put in a lot of work to maintain the hype and make extra things like this.
Reason's why Angel can be a good boi. 1: He was gonna help Charlie in the pilot 2: He does care about the hotel just doesn't show it 3: He does his job because he has to even if it hurts him 4: He pushed Charrie bomb out of the way in the pilot as well 5: He is abused by Valentino So he's just misunderstood Also this needs to be in a episode of Hazbin and this needs a really good Animated music video.

This song isn't encouraging the actions that's been mentioned, it's rather showing Angels toxic and obviously damaging mindset he's had for so long, that has been a result from the traumatic experiences and difficult situations he's gone through. So please don't take the lyrics too literal, understand that the music video is indirectly showing us the result that comes with it.
This whole show’s premise isn’t promoting what these characters do, Charlie’s goals are meant to fix everybody here. These characters are at their lowest, none of them are decent except her herself. The only direction they can go at the hotel is up. It’s all damaging, but they’ve been doing it for so long, it’d feel weird to leave it behind, even if it’s for the best.
It goes even further in the video when at the very end Angel is singing more softly and while he doesn't admit it outloud deep down he really is scared and helpless.

Just a random thought.. What if Chi-Chi was playing the role of Crymini in this video? I mean, it kind of makes sense. I really wish we could hear both voice actors swap tracks, but it seems like a lot of unresolved stuff with a good chunk of the original cast and musicians.
I feel sorry for everyone and also wonder if partly it's because of the lack of communication - I would say Vivie wouldn't be held so responsible for that being one person. But I think it's hard to get your head around the corporate desicions (NDAs asside) when they are the face of it and the cast, animators and musicians put in a lot of work to maintain the hype and make extra things like this.

This song isn't encouraging the actions that's been mentioned, it's rather showing Angels toxic and obviously damaging mindset he's had for so long, that has been a result from the traumatic experiences and difficult situations he's gone through. So please don't take the lyrics too literal, understand that the music video is indirectly showing us the result that comes with it.
This whole show’s premise isn’t promoting what these characters do, Charlie’s goals are meant to fix everybody here. These characters are at their lowest, none of them are decent except her herself. The only direction they can go at the hotel is up. It’s all damaging, but they’ve been doing it for so long, it’d feel weird to leave it behind, even if it’s for the best.
