    Just amazing how some of these old stories seem to predict aspects of the future so well. I always did love reading sci-fi. It's incredible what you learn as you're entertained and it's a great education booster.

    Wow so the Doctors take over politics through fear of infectious disease. That could never happen 😂

    • @DCShaneTours
      @DCShaneTours 9 месяцев назад

      Okay so the doctors took over the politics in 2019 let's see what happened to me, my SNAP food stamp monthly allotment went up 700%, my DC Medicaid and Medicare got extra funding and it was easier for me to re-enroll. And then what bad thing pray tell did they do to you. Please show me on the doll where the political doctors hurt you. If wearing a flimsy surgical mask when you go buy your macaroni and cheese at the grocery store hurts you that much, I don't know what to say. I don't see any major freedoms and rights being stomped on. As far as corporate America goes, corporate America controls our medical industry, and corporate America runs our government, so the medical industry being political and running things is actually not anything new. Watch Micheal Moore's Sicko. Medicare For All Now!!!

    This guy brought his Chrystal ball. Just a few minor details. Instead of old broken down spaceships we have an old broken down space station. Medical lobby is by far the most powerful but other than that spot on.

    The whole plague part of the story was interesting and fairly on point. Except for the part about America getting out unscathed 😑. Now if it said America was the one who got hit the worst due to incompetence which caused huge medical reforms then this book would be like looking in a mirror.
