ahh thank you!! xx I used OPI Berlin There Done That as the base color, then added a matte topcoat, literally used black eyeshadow on the tips to create a gradient effect (the matte topcoat helps this apply better), and then finished it with a regular top coat. I saw this on TikTok and had to give it a try 😆

My most addicted perfume is a recent discovery and that is Mizensir "For Your Love". In my opinion it's just as good, maybe even better?, than Baccarat Rouge 540 (Extrait included). The Sillage on FYL is Increduble 🎉
I'm dying to try some of these! Love your descriptions and my son's favorite is Herod. I bought it for him 2 years ago and I agree. Very unisex and absolutely 10/10. Memo Paris Madurai is very addictive to me but I adore several others. Vanilla is my favorite note but I'm trying to vary my little collection.

I have a PROBLEM with DedCool Smiley Face Garden. Literally didn't buy Sunny Side Up for 20% off, because I love SMG so much i knew it would be overshadowed.
Its Guaiac, Rose and Musk but smells so mellow and perfectly even. I'd be very interested in your thoughts but tbh i kind of think you might find it underwhelming.

Totally agree with you about Jazz Club. I love to layer sweeter vanillas or cherries over it. Also try layering Blanche Bette over it to really sweeten it up. But for a show stopper - reminds me of an elegant historic old woody church in Paris and you step out into the cold and into an old, dark, gorgeous high end restaurant and sit in the bar area and have an aperitif with a decadent French desert = Jazz Club over Encens Suave. 🥰❤️❤️❤️

Many times, fragrance influencers hype up fragrances that are, in reality, mediocre. So, I am often surprised when a fragrance turns out to be worthy of the attention. "Bianco Latte" is as good as they say. At first spray, I thought it was too similar to "Escapade Gourmande", but then it changed. It is so cozy and edible, and doesn't have that harshness that "EG" has. Dare I say that it is better than "Escapade Gourmande".

Love your vids. I’ve been addicted to Mixologie’s Seductive Saffron oil, given to me as a gift. It’s supposed to be similar to BR540 but I find Mixologie’s a bit sweeter and warmer, which I love…as I think it complements the saffron so much more. Problem is it’s too weak. Anne - do you have a recommendation for a sweet caramelized scent (the burnt sugar thing) that could work on top of BR540 to layer? Would love to try to recreate it.

No they are notably different, but I would go with Bianco Latte, it’s an incredible vanilla staple, and sample Celeste first as violet isn’t for everyone :)

getting my Fall 5ml sample of Celeste, Bianco Latte, Dulce Diablo and Rirana Tonka. Really looking forward to Celeste, I like airy scents with a little abroxan. Dulce Diable is a repeat and my must have for winter, and a small 5ml lasts a good amount....that is such a killer chocolate apricot boozy one for me!
ooo yes!! Such a decadent, stand out, chocolate fragrance, I always get great reactions out of that one 😄 And honestly a decant or travel size works perfectly, a little goes a long way!
People are carrying on about how Bianco latte has been reformulated. Any thoughts? Peoples personal experiemces aside, it honestly seems very soon for them to reformulate it given that it was only released a little while ago and regulations would not have changed yet.
I absolutely love bianco latte but celeste is a big no for me, something in it makes me crinkle my nose, maybe I don’t like violet.

Here's one for ya, my valued olfactory sage and oracle: What ON EARTH is happening with the fragrance 'Messy Sexy Just Rolled Out of Bed'?! It's been sold out globally for TWO YEARS and there is no mention anywhere-- not even the brand's own website-- of it being discontinued. It's just permanently out of stock. I've not had an honest email explanation from the brand either, so that adds yet another unsavoury layer of 'weird' to this mystery. Whenever I wore it I was addicted to smelling my own forearm; as you may recall, it smells of fresh out of the over croissant slathered in salty butter sitting next to freshly laundered sheets on the bed in a 5 star hotel. Talk about being both aspirational and comforting at the same time. Woah. Domonique Ropion is the nose behind it so it's not a surprise that this unusual combination of notes should be so incredibly smooth and work so very well. Do you know anything about what's going on with either the fragrance or the brand (they are strangely under the radar when it comes to YT frag comm; nobody talks about it).

wow your imagery is amazing! jazz club smells amazing i liked it more than Kilians angel share. Celeste is stunning but Dama Bianca gives me the yummiest candy violet since it has iris and candy lilac in it too but Celeste is stunning she dries down to smelling like Bianco Latte. I wore Bianco Latte to work my colleague walked in saying I smell stroopwafels which is funny since i live in the Netherlands! i got deep n desire yacht ran through my 10ml sample and then i purchased the full bottle but it was way too berry smelling i ended up not liking it and selling it tonka nutmet sounds amazing but im worried its masculine.

You're right, Giardini di Toscana has a familar DNA when it comes to how they do vanilla, I've had so much success with their house! Smelling like stroopwafels is always a good thing 😍 Tonka Nutmeg is unisex, but with anything, I always recommend getting a sample and seeing how it works for you

Anna , what is your opinion on the Magenta Tanzanite from Armani?
I really like it! Very close to Fragrance du Bois Minuit et Demi, so I don’t need it. I do prefer MED though because it has less coffee in it, and there is more cinnamon in MT. I also feel that MT is just a touch deeper and stronger. If you like that profile, I'd definitely recommend trying a sample, it's very good :)

how many sprays do you use for bianco latte? sometimes my friends can’t smell me 😢
about 15 :) if you ever have trouble with people not smelling you, spray a bit more, and I find moisturizing your skin first and spraying your clothes helps as well (just avoid spraying light clothing as it can stain) :)
