    Do you like budget builds?

    • @TheProPlayZ69
      @TheProPlayZ69 23 дня назад

Yup, just want to ask, does the separate GPU affect the integrated gpu on cpu? Like ryzen 5600g
I'm thinking of building my own pc in a few months and i want to save a few money.
So i can use my pc immediately without gpu, then upgrade later😅

@@TheProPlayZ69 When building a PC, using a CPU with an integrated GPU, like the AMD Ryzen 5 5600G, is a great way to save money initially, allowing you to use your PC without needing a separate (dedicated) GPU right away. Here’s how it works and what happens when you add a dedicated GPU later:
      Initial Setup with Integrated GPU
      1. Integrated GPU Usage: The Ryzen 5 5600G has integrated Vega graphics, which will handle all your graphical needs when you build your PC. This is sufficient for everyday tasks, media consumption, and light gaming.
      2. System Performance: Using the integrated GPU, your system will run well, especially if you pair it with fast RAM (since integrated GPUs benefit from faster system memory). However, performance in graphically intensive applications and games will be limited compared to a system with a dedicated GPU.
Upgrading with a Dedicated GPU Later
      1. Adding a Dedicated GPU: When you eventually add a dedicated GPU, like an NVIDIA or AMD graphics card, your system will automatically switch to using the dedicated GPU for graphical tasks.
      2. Integrated GPU Usage: The integrated GPU on the Ryzen 5 5600G will be effectively disabled for most tasks, as the dedicated GPU will take over. The integrated GPU won't interfere with the performance of the dedicated GPU.
      3. Driver Installation: Ensure you install the latest drivers for your dedicated GPU once it’s installed. Your system might also require BIOS adjustments, although most modern motherboards handle this switch automatically.
      4. Power Consumption: A dedicated GPU will increase your system's power consumption, so ensure your power supply unit (PSU) is capable of handling the additional load.
      Considerations
      - BIOS Settings: Occasionally, you might need to adjust BIOS settings to ensure the system prioritizes the dedicated GPU. This is typically straightforward and can be found in your motherboard’s manual.
      - Display Outputs: When you add a dedicated GPU, connect your monitor to the outputs on the dedicated GPU rather than the motherboard to ensure you’re utilizing the GPU’s capabilities.
      - Future Proofing: When budgeting for your build, consider future power and cooling requirements for a dedicated GPU. It’s better to choose a PSU with a bit more wattage than you currently need.
      Summary
Starting with the Ryzen 5 5600G and using its integrated GPU is a cost-effective way to build a functional PC that you can upgrade later. Adding a dedicated GPU down the line will significantly boost your system’s graphical performance without negatively affecting the integrated GPU or overall system stability. This approach allows you to spread out your expenses and upgrade when it’s more financially feasible.
My hands hurt so I will stop now. Hope this helps.

Hey man, I’ve been looking to build a pc and I’m using pc partpicker. Would this build be good? I’m a casual gamer and would maybe look into streaming.
    Cpu: AMD ryzen 5 5600
    CPU cooler: deepcool GAMMAXX AG400
    Motherboard: Asus prime B550M-A
Memory: silicon power gaming 16 gb
    Storage: crucial p3 plus 1TB
    Gpu: msi GeForce rtx 3060
    Case: montech air 903
    Psu: msi mag A550
I’m looking for less than 1000 dollars, preferably less than 800

hi Lemond2 if i were you i would go with your budget and if i talk about the 800 euro budget then i would make the video of zachttg the 750 dollar pure performance build that's the best of the best of the best you can have for that budget and the other 50 dollars i would spent on ecstatics if that means a lot to you.

It's pretty good imo, but I wouldn't recommend buying a 3060 new. If you wanted to stick with nvidia, you could get a 4060 with better performance for a few bucks more. Or, you could get a 6750xt or 7600xt for a similar price.

      @@hikariosu5736 I was looking to get a 6700xt with a 5 5600X, is that good?

    • @hikariosu5736

@@Lemond2 It's pretty good, but I would recommend the 6750xt atm because it's currently on sale for the same price as the 6700xt ($250). I know you said you'd like to keep the price under $800, but it might be good to consider upgrading from the 5600x to a 7600 or 7500f (if you're comfortable buying of aliexpress) because it will not only have better performance, but also provide a wider upgrade path on the AM5 platform. This would bring the cost up to maybe $850-900.
